Jeez, I thought the ''dream'' was intense. Mega dose of Life, more so than the last. Resting in a sense of feeling overwhelmed. Falling apart to achieve stronger foundation. Bliss as a portal captivates the slumbering third eye. Closing in on the One, the One closes in on me. Awe, pause, awe, pause, awe. Awe! Lol :-)

Yes.  For me, that is what Eckhart Tolle's teachings are all about - feeling the "inner body," cutting out the "mental noise."  However, because of my past experiences, such states would often increase the anxiety or I'd slip into a derealised (blank, loss-of-context) state.  So right now I am all too happy to let my mind whir away and rebuild my fractured sense of self.  There are times - like walking the Inca Trail - when I completely moved beyond thinking, and it was great - freeing.  Back at home, I would dance/exercise in that state and feel like I moved up a level or something.  My family, watching TV, seemed so dull and sluggish.  My mind was clear; my body alive.  I have just "let it be as it is" but it wasn't what I needed most.  My consciousness was destroyed, my ego, it was unhinged.  I could have easily gone mad - if I hadn't reintegrated with everyday reality.  Maybe it is possible to launch off from that neurotic/psychotic state it is not worth the risk when I can find a foothold again and then launch off.  Who do you think I am?  Just some hyper-mental thinking person?  No, I've had both worlds.  You don't know what I've been through, what my mind requires to heal.  Not even science knows.  I know what I've needed to do - and the complexities reach far beyond your assumptions.  It's a joke really, how much authority I give people over my own state - "oh, you must know best."  No one has any fucking idea.  I was like a baby.  Re-born.  Had to learn everything again.  My perceptions were totally skewered.  So fuck you and anyone else who thinks they know what I've gone through.  I'm angry at myself for giving you the option to affect me so.

Out of the Great Sea Of Energy the right brain parrallel processes all the information. The left brain then picks from this decoupage of information, in a linear fashion, what it needs to give the subjective experience context, a past, a present and a future. What is it that tells the left brain to pick the information that makes you, you is what I want to know. My left brain contextualizes a right brain based reality. The egoic construct chooses sublimation to right brain intuitive, artistic ,et al, information resulting in the euphimism "the most selfish thing you can do is do something for someone else", where the I is passive rather than aggressive, where the ego is feminine rather than masculine. Is it the left brain being  wired in such a way that logic is of a different order and selects from the information available in the right brain the stuff that fits this type of logic? Why is it that after going through all the same brainwashing stuff as everyone else in their youth does, do some brains reject the logic of it? Freak, wierdo, hippy!

Eckhart just provides a system which I initially adopted ferociously but now dip into now and then for a reminder.
