Still find myself losing my temper

Doe anyone still manage to flip out and lose there temper sometimes and then feel bad after...I find that it happens to me quite often as the people around me seem to piss me of now and then and to be honest i do flip out..i know its bad and hate myself for even thinking the idea but i think its just human nature is it not?

 Allowing yourself to "feel" without feeling bad about it can allow for clearer integration. When you "hate" yourself for dealing with what you deal with you can be piling up more shit to carry around.By battling "others" we  battle "ourselves" as well.

Sometimes it's easier said than done.

I'm with you Evo, tremendous amount going on right now.  I haven't had anger issues for a long time b/c it's not my job to "control" how things roll.  Observe yourself when you "go off" and I bet it is usually a control issue (yourself, others, or circumstances).   As you start seeing it, it gets easier to Let Go of the things you gave power to as being important.  Go with the flow ktown...  Much love.
