It's Mission is nothing less than to create a world wide movement towards the development of an entirely new model of planetary civilization, based on parameters inherent in the underlying universal quantum structure of the implicate order.
Venture-Starships Tri-Phase Enterprises, Inc. exists to serve as a Central Axis Node in the iniatiation of various Projects to assist humanity in visualizing potential futureworld timelines that serve the highest benefit of all participants. The most powerful way this can occur is through global networking and bringing the information, knowledge, and awareness that the 'Powers that Be' would rather have not known into the general publics view.
The only symbolic visual representation on planet Earth of the Original Intended Blueprint, our 12 DnA Strand Helix is the foundation-stone of a previously unexplored storyline involving the human species. It is around this expanded storyline and view of reality we seek to initiate exploration, for all to behold.
Our ultimate focus is in seeing that a Global Civilization is created that holds Intelligent Planetary Management, Responsible World Development, and Inspired Guidance / Entertainment & Education to the Inhabitants via the Mass Communications mediums as the mainstay. We believe that our current planetary governments and corporations need to come clean with the Information, Knowledge and Technology that is in their posessions. The truth of the Extra-Terrestrial Presence, Zero-Point Energy Technology, and Anti-Gravitational / Elctromagnetic Propulsion Systems must begin to be explored.
Another component and reason Venture-Starships Tri-Phase Enterprises, Inc. exists is to assist people in understanding through providing a wide spectrum of resources - how the 'Military-Industrial-Hollywood Complex' operates. We feel that in tandem with the Globalization Process, there will be a certain de-centralization to the planetary power pyramids structure as time progresses forward. It is our intention to see that things do not escalate to the degree that the dynamics unfold upon this planet along a timeline that will ultimately lead to the destruction or collapse of all that we have created.

DECLARATION OF THE UNIWORLD ARTISANS GUILD AND FOUNDATION
A free and independent association of artisans, including artists, designers, composers, directors, producers, architects, builders, etc., governed by Universal Fundamental Principles and the Scientific Laws of Nature -- and devoted to assisting the Human Race in the reconstruction and harmonization of its planetary and internal environments on all levels of consciousness and matter.
"The policy of this Guild is independent devotion to the cause of Humanity, without professing attachment to any humanitarian, scientific, philosophical, theosophical, religious, or political organization. It is loyal to the ancient and modern teachers of humanitarian sciences, philosophies, and applied arts, the Masters of Wisdom, the Founding Fathers of the New Order of the Ages, and the Movement for humanity, but it does not concern itself with dissensions or differences of individual opinion.
The work it has on hand and the end it keeps in view are too absorbing and too lofty to leave it the time or inclination to take part in side issues. That work and that end is the dissemination of the fundamental teachings of Astro Biological Coenergetics [ie, a Foundation for Omni-Dimensional Science & Spirituality], and the exemplification in practice of those teachings, through a truer realization of the SELF; a profounder conviction of Universal Brotherhood, and a devotion to the designing and reconstruction of the uniworld-solarworld planetary complex and its surrounding space so that all of Humanity can live on, in, and around it in peace, harmony and abundance, absence of oppression, and entitled to individual and cultural life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
It holds that the unassailable basis for union among Humanitarian Artisans wherever and however situated, is "similarity of aim, purpose and teaching," and therefore has neither Constitution, By-laws nor Officers, the sole bond between its Associates being that basis. And it aims to disseminate this idea among humanitarian artisans in the furtherance of Unity.
It regards as Humanitarian Artisans all who are engaged in the true service of Humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, condition or organization, and It welcomes to its association all those who are in accord with its declared purposes and who desire to fit themselves, by study and otherwise, to be the better able to help and teach others.
