Opening up to Spirit Guides

Can spirit guides answer in ways apart from words ? I have often tried to find mine. I never hear words... but sometimes I get a strong tingle on my head or a feeling that something touches my face. Could that be a spirit guide ?  Other times a colour might flash in my head however that's not a yes or no 

I'm not really sure about all this kinda stuff. I try my best to find out more and try new things... but I often get results that are not expected and sometimes shocking I had my first spiritual experience about 6 years ago and  I feel it woke something up inside me. Can it happen that way ? And could it have been a mistake ?
If for example you try to see your own aura and end up seeing something that freaks you out... should you try and take the freaky thing further ?

I know that tingling feeling very well   there's a good chance that it's your spirit guide, but only you will know for sure.

I've always had an affinity to the ocean and palm trees.  In a dream, I met one of my spirit guides, whose name is Tamra.  When I woke up, I researched her name and as it turns out, it means "palm tree".  Your guides are always with you and it seems they've found a way to communicate with you through your senses.

This is one of the most interesting things in my opinion....

My spirit guide was my father in my physical life prior to this one and  I was his only child. My mother died very early in my childhood and I was killed at sixteen years old in a car crash in the southern U.S. somewhere in 1936.. He died two years later in 1938... 

  I found out who my guide was about ten years ago, and I just more recently found out the history we shared. The closeness and love I have for him is beyond words or anything else possible. 

  I can reach him quite easily, sometimes I don't even have to be in a meditative state to get in contact with him...

 I feel so grateful to have the closeness and connection that I once had with him way back when in the physical, its almost like he's here with me...

So neat!!!

Do any of you know who your guide(s) are??? If so, I would love to hear about it!!!

i got a dilemma with my guide bear cali.... i met cali on top of hill and we ran together then thanks to him i met some friends who were smoking weed, but cali was causing chaos with a people on the bottom of the hill so i rolled on down and i wrestled cali and thats when i woke up and never saw cali again :'( and iv been upset that cali is a pain eater... so i think iv lost my guide can someone tell me how i can ask or find some help?

You might want to try this bear. I heard he's a yogi and only eats pain free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Watch out for the little bear though. He looks way too stoned and he may steal your weed.

The name has many meanings, but mostly it is just referring to rays of light that project and retract back into the sound that they were created from. It started as a "spoof" on the Former U.S. president Ronald Reagan.

I'm not really sure who my guides are.  Though I am somewhat clairaudient. I CAN hear them when I ask questions but am not sure if it's my ego or not.  I AM quite sure that they'll give you syncronicities such as a sudden drop or rise in the temperature in the room to numbers, etc.

I've known for some time about my spirit guides but I have never known it other than it being "Self Talk".  I probably should have known what with the synchronicities at work  lol.

I just spoke with my ex-girlfriend who mentioned how she was able to contact her spirit guides by identifying herself to them and simply asking them to appear to her.  She was led to the Hall of Records where she was able to view her past lives.  I'm so happy for her!

i think any being in a higher vibration of consciousness that communicates with a being in a lower vibration of consciousness lets the lower being know it is itself, itself is it. so, where is the separation? i'm beginning to better understand the thought of a more subtle realm of being, subtle, subtle. if that's subtle, this plane i would label as intense! lol
