The Karma SystemIf you like or dislike a post, you can give positive or negative karma to the person who made that post by clicking "
Love & Light" under that person's name on the thread, or by clicking "
Darkness" for a negative karma post.
You won't lose any of your own karma by giving someone else positive or negative karma. It's just a nice thing to do to show that person that you appreciated their post!The Rating System
The rating system is based on how many posts you have in the forum. The actual rating "titles" aren't serious, they're simply a fun way to ascend...lol
How to post a videoThis is so easy to do! Copy the URL and past it into your post. That's it! Please note, most video sites, such as YouTube, Google, etc... are compatible on this site but only a few aren't. I'm working on that!
How to change the color of your font:Highlight the words you want to change (by right clicking your mouse and dragging it over the selected words), then choose "Change Color" (above).
To highlight and change color in BOLDHighlight the words you want to change (by right clicking your mouse and dragging it over the selected words), then choose the "B" incon above. Highlight the words you want to change the color of (by right clicking your mouse and dragging it over the selected words), then choose "Change Color" (above).
Gallery PhotosI just added a new feauture called "Gallery" on your control panel. Feel free to add pictures to it. Please note, any inappropriate pictures will be removed and you will be banned from this forum.
How to make a MarqueeHighlight whatever you want to marquee and hit the marquee button (M).
How to do an Advanced SearchThere are a lot of topics in this forum and with so many sub-forums, it's easy to double post. To do an advanced search, click the search button (to the right of the "Help" button). At the bottom of the Set Search Parameters box. click Advanced Search. From this point you can customize your search.
How to post an image or photoThere are probably several different ways, but this is how I do it:
1. Place your cursor over the image
2. RIGHT click and choose "Properties"
3. On the Properties box, left click and drag your cursor over the URL to highlight it. Then right click it while it's highlighted and choose "Copy"
4. In the forum's text box, RIGHT click and choose "Paste"
5. Left click and drag your cursor over the URL to highlight it
6. Below the formatting button for Italics (marked I) there's an "Insert Image" button. Click it.

In other words, if you copy and paste a news article, please include the URL from where you got it!!!An easy way to see how other people are formatting their posts is to hit the "quote" button on a reply and look at how they formatted the post. It's kind of like reverse engineering!
