I'm sure you won't like this story, but I have to say it.

Friends were having a get together, having a meal, getting high, drinking wine etc. one of them said words to this effect: "it does'nt get better than this, this is the life", a young baby sat in it's high chair, who had not began to talk yet, after hearing this exclaimed, "no it is'nt".

I know taking psychoactive substances is great fun & can give us great insights, but we do it all wrong, by taking them in an habitual manner. In this way they are a hindrance to our spiritual development. I am saying this from my heart & from direct experience.
I've even had psychic moments brought on, by lashings of red wine! Freaked a couple of coppers out, by telling them their names! :o

If you are genuine about your journey, then you ought to leave your habits of temporal gratification behind.
It's time to evolve, truly.

I don't want to leave this earth like Aleister crowley & John Lennon - hopelessly addicted to substance abuse.  ???

So I have found the source of these videos and extensive it is.

John was clean when he was hit! as for the other cat i don't know, but there is something about creative people right through History ,they have always looked for something to expand there minds with, take Hendrix for example on the night he died he was drinking red wine and when he got back to a girls flat he took 9 mandrax tab's! way over the top! nearly all the people iv met in show business were high on Coke or speed or Heroin,Theres something about been creative that brings this all on ::)

CSIWEMBLEY:
If you look at the cover of Dr Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, you will see Crowley as the second head from the left, top row ;D

My theory on the drug thing with creatives, is that they may shine too bright to feel comfortable with the "average" vibes surrounding them.  If they are ahead of the times, so to speak, it may be both an attempt to dim their light to fit in or to escape.  Or, maybe not?  ??? :)
