Eternity is forever and there are only two places that you will spend it.  Animals are not the only ones to already have been chipped.  A Dr, in Finland knows its been going on since the 40s.  the poor, confined and even infants have all been unknowing subjects of the MAD scientists, IDK if there is a way of disabling or not.  I do know that God is not pleased and will make a way of escape for His people.  For those of you that KNOW Him, trust Him, He will see us through.
