there was an intense feeling in my crown chakra during this meditation...yoiu could literally feel the connection with others.

also, my ears started ringing loudly a little before 7 pm (about 35-40 minutes into the meditation)... anyone else experience this?

I did. two distinct experiences. 6:19-6:48 6:48-7:19. I only know the time because I opened my eyes, looked at the clock, moved my legs which were asleep. Tone intensified greatly during the second period.

did it throw you off in your meditation? I was kinda thrown off as to whether I should listen to the tone or continue focusing on my intentions. I ended up focusing on the intentions because I can hear the tones anytime

Like many others here, I hear the tones all the time. I had a distinct wtf moment as I realized that i was so into it that my legs were asleep. I put my head back and saw wavy line shapes with my eyes closed. Went back to the intention quickly.

The frequencies have been very much so constant for me in the past months, more so in the past month or so.

I too experienced my chair shaking and different unique frequencies. I also noticed flashes of light as I had my eyes closed the whole time.

It felt like 5 minutes had gone by and when I looked at the clock... it had already been 50!

Apart from anything else , the most profound experience that has stayed with me is, the feeling of Oneness... as if,linear time stopped and consciousness became one powerful voice of energy... One consciousness...it is a strange feeling for me to try to express...nevertherless to me a beautiful and empowering feeling

what i can tell you here.. is that i interpreted this flashes with closed eyes to me... to be from the Merakaba
i can see it with my eyes open but it's not flashes... but more like an wave that cycles us and u can feel it and see it
