Also on detoxing think about the following: Lot's of vitamin C, bentonite clay and/or zeolite (great toxin absorbers) as well as very green leafy veggies(everything high in chlorofyl especially superalgea).

I know of places that if you didn't get the H1N1 vaccine, then you'd be fired.  Thankfully I've never had to quit a job so I don't have to take that shot.
