Let's get clear about this, HAARP can be used to control a human mind that is not self-controlled.

The techniques for achieving self-mastery over one's mind have been? taught in every culture.

Sometimes awesome heavy metal riffs come to me in meditation . My plants don't like it when I play metal (and play it myself) 

 

The water in my waterfilter pitcher also gets very upset when such "dissonant" tones enter the fluid.

According to research, plants hate metal & acid-rock worst, they prefer the perfect tones of the past masters, mozart etc. playing the classics actually gives you larger & nutritionally healthier plants.

That was actually sarcastic bro .
My plants react to me, so if I am enjoying something, they will synchronize with me I am sure . And there is always the type of metal that you can play, dissonant uninspired crap with no feeling vs melododic death metal with acoustic interludes. If "Light" is 10 times stronger than "Dark", hmmm. I think I'll try my own experiment lol.... Too bad there is no such thing as objective research (nor an objective reality).
