Semiramis, who was wife as well as mother to Nimrod, for, she had married her son, took command of the religion and proclaimed Nimrod a god. She collected all of Nimrod's body parts except for his penis, which she could not find, and created the symbol of the obelisk and established phallus worship. This mother-wife also claimed that an evergreen tree sprang forth from a dead tree stump, which symbolised springing forth into new life of the dead Nimrod. Semiramis further claimed that every year on the anniversary of Nimrod's birth, said to be on December 25th.
Hmm very Osiris! Sounds like mythology to me.
Jews practiced human sacrifice, the foreskin was sacrificed! Sometimes a goat would do instead.
I would'nt believe any 'Kittim' report about their rivals & enemies.
There probably was alot of marriage between relations amongst all the 'Royal' families, but terms like 'virgin', 'sister' & 'mother' were used to denote the status of the wife, 'virgin' ~ betrothed, but not yet wed, 'sister-wife' ~ wed, but as yet without children & 'mother-wife' ~ post-birth.
