Thanks for those links. I can see auras (usually have to "try") and have practiced to see my hands in my dreams which makes me aware I'm dreaming.
Do you have to go out of body for your communication or just contact astral with focus?
You don't actually leave your body. The Chakras, Meridians and other Astral features of your body remain where they are. That's what holds it together
The Astral Plane is not a spacial dimension, as you would think of it from the 3rd dimension, although it does impinge upon the 3rd dimension everywhere. There's quite a bit more to it. Refocusing your consciousness, is a better description than travel
Now when you find yourself lucid dreaming, stop everything, and begin meditating. That will vibrate you up a level
When an airplane approaches the sound barrier, there is an increasing level of turbulence. Then as the plane goes just a bit faster, it breaks the sound barrier, making a sonic boom, and after that the turbulence disappears
The speed of light in a vacuum is said to be a constant. That's true under most conditions, although I have read that our material scientists have recently discovered a few of those special conditions (It was in a MySpace Bulletin which referenced a scientific journal. So the bulletin is long gone, and you'll have to dig this up with a SEARCH). Figure that what happens as you approach the sound barrier, also happens with light
Figure that you can bypass all of this by changing the vibrational rate of your consciousness. Vibrate your consciousness in the physical, and you are here. Vibrate your consciousness an Octave above that, and you are on the Astral Plane. Once on the Astral Plane, you can meditate and vibrate your consciousness an Octave above that
I'm sure you've experienced looking down upon your physical body, and doing a sort of inside out flip, when returning from the Astral Plane from a lucid dream. When you vibrate your consciousness above the Astral Plane, you can look down and see your human personality...
