Indigo Children and Adults: Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.
2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps. Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.
3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra. Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.
4. Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear. Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.
5. Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies. Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.
6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.
7. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race. Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)
8. Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity.
8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear more vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides). Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies.
8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.
9. Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had a dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released. Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".
10. Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it. Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don't fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.
11. Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing. Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.
12. Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good. Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it be for your best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.
13. A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing. Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.
14. Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.
15. Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" -- that what is happening is somehow real. Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
16. Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes -- sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
17. A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose -- now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself from things and people that no longer serve you. Advice: Do it!
18. Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out--it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45. Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.
19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."
20. Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate. Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.
21. A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing. Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.
22. A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety. Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts -- positive or negative-- are prayers. There is nothing to fear.
23. Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable. Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust, especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles -- yes, even in traffic.
24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. lang says. The material world cannot fulfill this longing. Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.
25. A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.
26. "Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.
27. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here
28. You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily. Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.
29. Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place. Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God's care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.
30. Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun! (11:11?)
31. Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.
32. Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.
33. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire. Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.
34. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these. Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honor these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.
35. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.
36. Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channeling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.
37. A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.
38. Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.
39. Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.
40. Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all. Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.
41. Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behavior. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.
42. Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.
43. Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different face -- past life or parallel life.
44. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently. Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.
45. Left-brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction. Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.
46. Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state. Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
47. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above. Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.
48. Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart. Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.
49. Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can't tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)
50. A desire to find your soulmate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable. Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....
51. Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences. Advice. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don't analyze everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.
Galactic Consciousness
Every planet is a member of a star system. Every star system is a member of a galaxy. This means we are galactic in our nature - and that galactic consciousness is the next stage of our evolution.
The Earth's evolution and it's leap in newer realities is now for the year 2012 onwards . Many of the galactic responsibilities for the Earth and humanity are being transmitted directly to all of us. Awakening to your inner Pleiadian reality is the mirror of what is happening on a galactic consciousness.
Ascension
Positive emotions such as appreciation, compassion, understanding, forgiveness, kindness, joy, ecstasy, happiness and excitement create energy that feeds the forces of Light. Serving the needs of others without becoming co-dependent is the best way to increase our frequency. The challenge here is to balance your own needs for basic self care so that you do not become depleted while also focusing on the needs of the whole.
When you master the polarities of Self Needs and Other Needs, your brain shifts out of duality and “all/nothing” thinking into “both/and” thinking. This shifts consciousness and perception dramatically and opens the soul to multidimensional awareness.
The struggle between the paths of Service to Self and Service to Other moves towards its climax in 2012, the battle seems to be accelerating. While the battle is more visible in the world outside of us, what we see “out there” is really a reflection of the battle between the dark and light forces inside of us. Our challenge is to embrace the darkness in ourselves and others by using simple tools such as these to keep your heart open, even when things seem to be going badly.
The most important thing is that we each continue raising our vibration Each day we have a constant stream of opportunities to raise or lower our frequency. The choices we make impact all of creation, if you remember how you are part of the relay system between you and Galactic Center.
Because the challenges of navigating The Shift can push us to our edges, we sometimes need help. The problem is that we forget it is available and sometimes we just get so stressed that we forget to ask for it. Well, here’s some good news. All humans are given two “guardian angels” prior to incarnating. Russell Boulding’s research revealed that we can now all ask for an additional four angels to help us get ready for The Shift.
If you decided to do this, just get very quiet and centered and ask for more angels. You don’t have to ask for all four at once. Once you’ve called them in, sit down and make a list of how you want them to help you. Put them to work!
What else can you do to prepare for Ascension? From what I can determine, both your body and our consciousness are already being transformed. Consciousness and matter are both forms of energy. When we use our minds to think, we create movements of electrical impulses in the brain. When electrical energy moves, it precipitates aetheric energy and creates our material reality. The same thing happens with our bodies. How we view ourselves physically creates what we see and believe.
Inner Work
First, let’s look at the Inner Work part of preparing for The Shift. Lynn Grabhorn created an inner work tool for retraining our perception that she calls Flip Switching. It makes us aware how we are transmitting and receiving energy. She describes this process in musical terms, with the C note as the middle of the scale.
When we emit uplifting energy, we raise not only our own frequency but that of those around us. When we emit downer energy, we lower our frequency. So, here’s Lynn Grabhorn’s take on Flip Switching. It’s a kind of “inner work” to look for and find ways to feel better. It’s a kind of “Inner Work” that makes us aware of the energy we are transmitting.
Flip Switching is based on the musical concept of Middle C.
Uplifting energy raises us above C, while downer energy lowers our frequency. Here’s how Flip Switching works. Feel what it is like to cuddle a little puppy, kitty or baby and then send a wave of this energy to inanimate things around you such as the pencil on your desk, a doorknob, red traffic lights, blue cars, plants, drivers in the car next to you, your toothbrush, your computer, birds or your bathroom towel. The goal is to find ways every day, no matter how you are feeling in the moment, to send out some uplifting vibrations.
Outer Work
Kindness is an “outer work” tool you can do to help you prepare for 2012 and the coming dimensional shift. I call it Outer Work because it involves conscious acts of doing. This tool is doing conscious acts of kindness for yourself, others and your environment.
Here are things to do:
For Yourself:
• Going to bed early
• Not answering the phone at night

12 Signs of Spiritual Awakening By Geoffrey Hoppe and Tobias
1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within. This too shall pass.
2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house. This will pass.
3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It's good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass.
4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don't worry about finding the "perfect" job or career right now. This too shall pass. You're in transition and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.
5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from your family and friends. This will pass. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.
6. Unusual sleep patterns. It's likely that you'll awaken many nights between 2:00 and 4:00 AM. There's a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a "breather." Not to worry. If you can't go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This will pass.
7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogiemen. This too shall pass.
8. Physical disorientation. At times you'll feel very ungrounded. You'll be "spatially challenged" with the feeling like you can't put two feet on the ground, or that you're walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within. This will pass.
9. Increased "self talk." You'll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You'll suddenly realize you've been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you're experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You're not going crazy, you're just Lightworkers, moving into the new energy.
10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to "flee" groups and crowds. As Lightworkers, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.
11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally dis-impassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That's OK, and it's just part of the process. Take this time to "do no-thing." Don't fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It's similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.
12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most challenging of the conditions. You may experience a deep and over-whelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a "suicidal" feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don't want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have an inner remembrance of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed you could go Home right now. But you've come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you're walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.
Spiritual Enlightenment
So, is there such a thing as enlightenment? It is a word, a concept. The word is not important, the experience is important. Even the word "experience" is inappropriate. Experience is something that happens. It may come again or it may not. I am speaking about something permanent, not transitory. I am speaking about the realization that you are not the mind, but something vaster.
In enlightenment, which is spiritual awakening, the mind, which loves to define and label everything, is not a part of this "experience", and therefore it cannot describe it properly.
Spiritual awakening, and the realization that you are not the mind dawns as you disentangle yourself from the mind. When you know first hand that you are not the mind, you realize who you are. You lift the veil of the mind and see Reality as it is.
This is a state of real freedom, when events, circumstances, habits and thoughts do not disturb or affect you on the inner level, and you come to understand that your life, your true essence, is actually beyond the world of thoughts. You may continue your daily life as it is, living and acting in this world, but yet being out of this world.
Read and reread this article until you truly understand the meaning. Give this subject some thought and time, and consider what it can do to your life if taken seriously. You can start walking on the spiritual path right from the point where you are now, because the Spirit has no particular place, it is everywhere.
The subject of this article has been shrouded in mystery and misunderstanding. This has happened because the mind that tries to describe a state it has never experienced. Each experience one has, is interpreted in accordance with previous experiences. There are always comparisons. But the mind has never experienced enlightenment, so all its theories about it are just mental concepts, which have nothing to do with the real meaning.
Enlightenment is not something to be reached, not something to be gained. It is just the removal of erroneous concepts, attitudes and thoughts. It is making the mind silent. That is all.
The way is open to everyone who is willing to step on this path. You can engage in a spiritual quest, no matter whether you are living in an ashram in India, in a cave, in a monastery or in a small town or a big city. It does not matter whether you are rich or poor, single or married with children, working or retired. All you need is a strong desire, and finding some time to be alone for the inner work.
Q. What is the state of Earth now?
We are in the fourth dimension now. There is duality. And even though many people are still trying to hold onto their third dimensional reality, it is disintegrating on them. It will continue to exist for those who really want it. What's happened is that another world has been set up so that they can transfer into another place. That will happen.
Q. What is your heritage and background?
My mother is Pleiadian and my father is from Sirius B.
Q. Is that kind of ancestry common?
A lot of mixing took place. There are some people who are purely from one place but often people mixed together. My father happened to be working on Pleiades, and they met. He finished his work and they moved to Sirius.
Q. Isn't the Pleiades solar system a much newer solar system?
No. They were all formed at about the same time. It's very ancient.
Q. Why are all these people interested in Earth at this time?
It's explained pretty well in the books by Barbara Marciniak. In the first book the Pleiadians explain what went wrong, and in the second book they apologized for it. They played around. They came down here like it was a playground to fool around with. What they did was shut down the DNA cycles so that instead of having 12 strand DNA helixes humans now have two. Now, humans are becoming angry because they are remembering that they were manipulated.
Q. Where do many of the ET's come from?
All over. Now that they are here they are exploring what is here. Many are invisible, and you can't even tell that they're here. They don't take a physical form, they don't always need spaceships. Our beings have been here for thousands of years, watching and observing. Not me specifically. I've been in various other places on and off. But we're here to help the planet.
Q. What about the photon belt information that has come out recently, with the electricity problems, the null zone, five days of darkness and all that?
The photon belt is happening, but not the way it has been presented. It has been distorted by misinformation. They used the information to make you feel that it was something that it wasn't. Yes the shift will occur. But it is not going to happen when they said it would happen because of the changes on the planet. There will not be five days of darkness as far as I am aware of.
You'll have to wait and see exactly how it happens. I'm not allowed to say any more about it. Some things I can tell you about, other things I really can't say too much. I only give what I'm allowed to.
Those who have been working on their stuff and have been moving up vibrationally won't even really feel the shift because they're lighter to begin with. You may notice that if you're working from a real light place and you are walking around that people sometimes won't even see you. You're invisible to them because you have a higher vibration. People almost run into you. If you walk on the beach and put up an energy field, people will walk right by you. They'll almost walk into you but they won't know what they're walking into. Anyone can do this if their energy field is high enough. It's not magic.
The original beings on this planet did not have bodies. They had lightbodies. They only had form if they chose to, just like us up on the ship.
Q. Should people work on their own personal ascension process?
Yes. The Merkabah, Tai Chi, Kundalini, those can all be helpful. People need to understand that they don't leave the planet when they ascend. It can happen and some have done it. But one reason I'm here as an ambassador is to show how it can be done, and how heaven and Earth can work as one. Heaven being the ascension process bringing it together with the physical process to become one. This all means that you're limitless, you can do anything. Manifest what you need, bring people together, do what you need to do. When you're open and clear, things happen a lot faster than when you're not. Separate yourself from certain people who want to dump their stuff on you and drag you down into their problems. Once you realize what all your patterns are, it's a lot easier to cut through it and make your life better.
We don't have those kinds of situations up there (on the ship) because we've done it already, and up there beings are living without a body in about 10th or higher dimensional reality. We have our jobs and our functions. I have projects that I am working on. But we don't have to eat to sustain ourselves. We don't need to beam up and down, we just do it. I often have an out of body experience to go where I need to be. I can split off in a hundred bodies. I don't give it a lot of thought, I just do it.
Q. Why is it so crucial that this planet go to light?
Because earth is such an integral planet. Earth is like a living library of light. You are able to cross through to other worlds. People come through here and centrifugally are shot out through wormholes to other places. This is a unique place in the universe.
Q. Any other suggestions for people?
People need to be careful about what they put into their bodies and how they treat themselves because they're going to become ungrounded with all the changes going on. If you take care of yourself, you'll be better prepared for the changes. When the shifts come and you shift into a higher vibrational frequency all will go more smoothly. Also, accepting of being here on earth at this time is equally as important. You need to be grounded to do your work.
Q. What would you suggest that people do to become more enlightened?
People need to work through their problems, their karma, their shadow side. When things are brought to the light, it brings in awareness and lets you work through anything that doesn't serve your highest good. Meditation is also a very helpful thing. Keep yourself centered. Ask the universe to open you up.
Q. For those who don't ascend, isn't there an alternative parallel Earth?
It's already there. That was what the 11:11 was all about. It's in a seventh dimension reality. People are on that planet already.
Q. Any final comments?
Just remember that we're not here to take over the planet, it is not our goal. Our goal is to help you remember who you are so you can get on with your life to do the work you came here for. Realize that this is a joyous time, the rebirthing of a pure energy field that was here before.
Also, realize that as a walk-in I'm not different and weird. I may not have had my history on this planet, but beings around the universe are basically alike. They want loving caring relationships, they want to accomplish their goals, and they want to live peaceful lives. If you sat in on an Intergalactic Convention, there are beings from all over. We don't have physical looks. We come in light bodies. We may have different colored lights and frequencies, but we're all the same. People forget that on this planet, because of the variety of human backgrounds. We're all the same. There's no one better than anybody.
Q. Who do you consider to be your parents, your galactic parents or your earth parents?
They are all my parents. All the memories that were in this body before I came in are still part of my heritage, and who I am.
Q. Are your galactic parents like earth parents in that they have similar parent/child issues?
It's much more simple. We don't have the emotional component that gets in the way. We go through our life span so differently. It's not like someone goes through the difficult teenage years, because they've gone through that thousands of years ago. The teaching, learning and education of young people is similar to a trade school, where children can study things that they are interested in and have a natural affinity for. The child doesn't try to please his or her parents. The parents are pleased and happy when their children are moving along with their own growth and enlightenment. They are encouraged and applauded when they succeed in any areas of their lives. They do not attempt to make their children do things that would make they unhappy. They try to please themselves, because each child is considered God, and a part of God. You see, children are not a hardship elsewhere. Education and other things are very important and not a problem. Everyone wants to be educated and succeed and be joyful in whatever they choose to do.
Q. Do you see your galactic parents, or brothers and sisters much? Where are they?
I don't see them much now, because I've taken this long-term assignment. They live in the area of Sirius B. Most of my brothers and sisters see our parents often, because they live there.
Q. Do you celebrate any special holidays or anything like that?
We do, but it's a little different. We celebrate the forming of the Federation, and the universal heart, etc.
Q. Up on the space ship you came down from, do people speak languages? How do these beings communicate?
They communicate telepathically, or they use the light language, more commonly known as galactic language. It's a funny-sounding language
Q. What happened during the 11:11?
Solara channeled this information. Eleven doorways will be opened between now and the year 2012. These doorways allow humans to look through into other dimensions. It's an etheric way of bridging the various dimensions. The 11:11 was the beginning of remembering who we really are. It really started back in 1987. The doorway is a dimension where no time exists. The dove came, and made it available to connect with home. It allows beings to bring heaven down into earth.
Q. Do we have free energy and perpetual motion devices here on Earth now?
Yes. They were given to us by the ETs.
Q. What about the stargate openings?
Remember that the stargates are already open. We are activating them in order for the Earth to be in her rightful place among the other Federation planetary systems. Of course, this has a direct response upon the people of this planet. Hopefully, they are being raised vibrationally wise and opening up to their full potential.
Q. Any thoughts about channeling?
Be careful who you channel. To be safest, channel your higher self. That you know you can trust.
Q. What's the best way to manifest new things into your life - affirmations, visualization, etc.?
Write down what you want to happen, write down all the details, and get ready for it to happen. Be ready for what you want. The more you work through your issues, the faster things will manifest for you. Be sure to wish for what you really want, because it will come. If you are holding yourself back by thoughts of fear and poverty, that's all you will get. But if you have worked through your issues, things will come quickly to you.
Q. What should people try to do when they meditate?
To be whole, and to heal oneself. It's fun to do an out of body experience, but it is even better to do soul traveling. That way you bypass the astral plane, where things can be distorted. You'll know when you hit the higher realms. Be careful not to be caught in the astral plane. There's a lot of stuff flying around that you have to be careful around.
Q. Why is it that many people don't have a close relationship with God until the need to?
They forget that they themselves are God. If one honors oneself as God instead of thinking that God is outside of themselves, then you are better off. Acknowledge yourself as God some time in the day, and you won't have that problem. Don't search for Gurus or other enlightened ones, when YOU are the essence of God. Put your faith into yourself and your work, not in someone.
Q. What's going to happen to our civilization when the masses on this planet begin to wake up and become enlightened?
A lot of fear will come up. It's beginning to happen now. It will manifest as violence, fear, war, etc. If people haven't dealt with their stuff, it's going to hit them hard. People will go through an initial denial phase, as they are confronted with new realities. People will see each other for what they really are. It will be important to have your act together. It is also important to ask for help in this time of transition either with a healer, bodyworker, or therapist as well as reading The Kryon books by Lee Carroll and The Medical Assistant Program by Wright.
Q. Are most people here to be taught directly by God, or indirectly?
Most people will learn indirectly. It's usually the little things, like when someone comes into your life, or when good things happen in your life. The book Celestine Prophesy spoke of that there are no coincidences. We create are co-creating as we go along. It is really up to us to use the abilities when uncovered and revealed to us. WE are all responsible for what happens to us and on the planet.
Q. What are some of the things on Earth you find "strange?"
Free will. I find this a very interesting concept. Seeing the way that free will runs rampant in this place we call Planet Earth, it's been mostly destructive. Where I'm from there is no free will. It does not restrict freedoms. You just "know" what it is that you are supposed to be doing. From the moment a child is conceived, the parents already "know" what it is that their child is going to do, because the child has done it before in another lifetime. Star seed children on this planet already "know" what it is that they are going to be doing.
I also find it very odd the way people treat each other on this planet. I find that there is a lack of respect for other people here on Earth. Not that everyone in the universe gets along, because, obviously, they don't. It would be unrealistic because there are different cultures and different societal values and belief systems, so people do live differently throughout the universe. We should value ourselves and respect each other and where we live.
There is also a lack of spirituality here on Earth. Some people assume spirituality is going to church. That is not what true spirituality is. Spirituality is being connected with God, and, therefore, you are God. People need to recognize that you do not need an outside vehicle to tell you how you are going to get spiritual.
Q. Let's discuss more personal issues. Let's discuss making love, for example. Is this similar to the way it is where you came from?
No. It's very different. Energy "joins." You fill each other's field. It's magnificent. While it is pleasurable here, it doesn't even come close. You are truly respecting the God or Goddess within each of you, and each is respecting that love. Because we come from a different base of reality, it is not physical the way it is here.
Q. Could this "joining" occur without love?
No. My people (Sirians) do not believe in joining just for the sake of joining. They choose to join because there is a great love. That does not mean that they will be with each other forever and ever, but at the time, they are, and it is truly out of respect for each other. You have the basis for a much more solid relationship this way. Because we have a sense of who we are and what we are going to be doing, I think this allows us to focus on other issues in our lives. Therefore, there are no issues of rape or abortion, etc. from where I am from.
Q. Do you find the English language that limiting? Does it constrict feelings or intellectual ideas?
Yes. You can say more in one word in my language than you can in five or six sentences in English. I speak in light language. People on Earth refer to it as Galactic language.
Q. What should people do themselves to assist in their spiritual awareness?
Besides reading books that may be of assistance, meditation, body work, transformational breath work, and working with crystals can all be helpful. Be sure that your intent is to ask, whether it be your guides or your highest self, that you want to be awakened and fully-realized so that you can contribute what you came to do. Ask that the teachers come to you. Do your work -- clear some of the limiting patterns and behaviors that keep you from being true to yourself. You know what is right for yourself. If you find a particular thing that really resonates, go and seek it out, because it will help you along the way. Remain in your own integrity. Don't be compromised. Your own truth is what matters most.
Q. Will there be another planet like Earth for people to go?
There is a planet, a place really, called Alcyone. We call it the "Blue Planet." People need to understand that plant and animal life on Earth that is extinct is actually not extinct on other worlds. The only thing that was allowed to become extinct are the dinosaurs. That was an Atlantis experiment which, put simply, went wrong. Alcyone is a pristine planet. Although it is not yet inhabited, it will be within the next few years.

Q. Tell us about Adam Kadmon man.
A. First of all, there are many references to it in the Keys Of Enoch book, and the Keys also talk about the Adamic seed, and the Adam-Kadmon light body. We are moving to the Adam Kadmon body of light.
It is an integrated light body in physical form. It has NEVER been done before, anywhere in the universe. The galactic wars were fought over this Adamic seed, and the DNA components.
Q. Has it ever been tried before?
A. Yes, it has gone through many mutational processes. For example, Atlantis and Lemuria were fourth, fifth and sixth dimension processes of it. However, in a third dimension physical planet it has not yet been completed.
Q. How come the integration of the Adam Kadmon light body has not been accomplished yet anywhere for mankind?
A. The differences are free will and emotion. This is new. In other places where people have physical form, there usually exists a group mind rather than free will. The problems we are facing have to do with how the free will component operates within the group mind.
The other reason this has not occurred in third dimension is that humans have strong emotional components. This provides a whole new challenge for us.
Q. How can we help with this process?
A. Practicing telepathic communications is most helpful. This is an attempt at understanding group mind.
Q. What will the result be of a successful integration of the Adam Kadmon light body into mankind?
A. The forms you have today will be very similar. If you like the body you have, you will be very happy. Those who are unhappy with their physical forms should take steps now to adapt the forms to something you can comfortably live with. This has been a great concern amongst many of the lightworkers.
People will be able to, using field ratios and adjustments, take your entire physical form and place it into a multidimensional interdimensional status. You will literally be able to stay in the now. The concept of your linear time will cease to exist. You can travel to many places and do many things, which even now would seem inconceivable to you.
Q. Is it like everyone having his or her own merkabah field?
A. Yes, and more. Right now many have merkabah fields. However, few are able to take the human form with them in the merkabah and travel from place to place on the planet. This will become a common everyday occurrence.
Q. Are there any other features or characterizations we should know about?
A. The crystalline matrix and the crystalline light body is a function of the Adamic form. This matrix is what processes the higher etheric energies of photon and subatomic particles within the cellular structure of the human form. This is what will allow the human form to activate and have the human portion become part of the whole vehicle.
Q. Will the photon belt assist with this integration?
A. Yes. You have been in the belt for quite some time now, for 18 months. The illusion of time is beginning to dissipate and disintegrate, as the dimensional components come closer together. It is only your current lack of remembrance on how to utilize this gift of having no time that you are frustrated and feeling out of sequence with what is going around you.
Q. Will this mean the end of war, greed, hatred, fear, etc.?
A. These are personal choices of some now. This is why we have some concern with the element of free will. However, as the grids of the earth are brought into an elevated status of alignment, this allows for multidimensionality components to be freely available on the third dimension. The plan is to work towards the Garden of Eden which existed before war and peace, and before the forces of dark and light. However, these have been great lessons for mankind.
Q. Was either Atlantis or Lemuria close to realizing something similar to the Adam-Kadmon light body?
A. Yes, however their emotions and the human emotional aspects of power and greed and misuse of power came into play, and therefore the civilizations were terminated.
Q. What's different this time? Why will it work this time?
A. This time all of the key players who have component pieces are here now, and are coming together now. In this coming together of all the puzzle pieces it will be found that no one person was given too much power. The incarnations have been split out. The information requires a group mind to activate all of the final components.
Q. What is the best way for individuals to prepare for these new changes?
A. Raise one's vibration. Stay in touch and in tune with others attempting to be open to seeking this new information. Be without judgement, accepting what is given to you, but using your own discernment. Not all information that is given is always for everyone.
Also, clean up one's physical body. Toxins do not translate well into multidimensionality. They tend to hold the vibrational ratios of the physical body down. Cleaning one's body is important.
Ultimately, when you have remembered your full powers of process and transmutation, you should be able to translate all of it instantly. However, this is a process as the grids are aligned. This is not likely an overnight occurrence for most.
Q. When will all this occur, around the year 2012?
A. We do not have linear time. You must remember that the more the events are come together that time is speeding up. As time speeds up, it allows these linear dates to move into an accelerated pace as well.
Q. Why are man's emotions so troublesome?
A. Anger short-circuits the component field ratios between the merkabah and the physical form. This causes one to lose their alignment. Maintain your center, and your alignments. It is much easier for us to work with a love vibration. Work on Love, Freedom, and Acceptance.

So, instead of loving someone or something, make it your practice to simply love, period! Loving, no matter what, just as Source does, is the key to maintaining higher vibrational frequency. And you can trust that your Love is always received—it is received by the receptive aspects of Source, thus completing the grand cycle of Love going out from, and returning to, Source.
* Be impeccably honest. Honesty maintains you in the Flow of Life Force and Love. Dishonesty is of the ego, therefore, being dishonest necessarily removes you from the Flow. In order to be dishonest, which is an ego-manipulation strategy, you step out of Love and into the lower vibrational realm of duality, the misery matrix, the place where ego exists. While your ego may tell you that being dishonest is a survival strategy, it is telling you an untruth. Because there is no Life Force in duality, being dishonest depletes Life Force—hardly a survival move! Honesty is not only the way to stay in the Flow, or to step back into it if you've fallen for ego's misguided manipulations, your honesty provides an invitation back into the Flow for everyone connected to you. Of course, being completely honest with yourself is the first step.
* Make joy your priority. Joy is your emotional response to higher frequency, and your guide to whether you're in or out of the Flow. When you feel joyful, you are in the Flow. When you are feeling less-than-joyful, your ego has choked off the full flow of Life Force through you. When you're in the Flow, your frequency is elevated due to the increased Life Force moving through you, and you experience joy and its constant companions, ease and peace, the state of being we all long for. The longing for joy is the carrot the Creator installed within us to assure that however far we dipped in frequency, we would always desire to come Home to the frequency level at which we were designed to thrive. When you make experiencing joy your first priority, your life aligns around that, and supports your staying in joy. When you are in joy, whatever you create is in alignment with joy, so joy begets more joy! Contrary to popular belief, joy is not just the result of some sort of mystical coming together of favorable factors, but is the result of continually choosing to be in vibrational alignment and in the Flow.
Step-By-Step Frequency Raising
A strategy for coming back into alignment when you're feeling disconnected
Step One: Observe your feelings and listen to the conversation in your head without judging what you observe. If you feel angry, resentful, hurt, sad, fearful, or anything other than joyful, or if what you’re hearing in your head is other than loving, your ego has taken the wheel and is blocking your perfect alignment with your God-Realized Self, and holding you out of the flow of Love from Source, thus lowering your frequency and keeping you in the “misery matrix.”
Step Two: Acknowledge your intention to shift back into alignment as soon as you recognize that you are misaligned, and express your intent to surrender to your God-Realized Self: the aspect of you that is perpetually in alignment with Source and thus is totally loving, all wise, all powerful, and consistently blissful. Being aligned with this unlimited Self and rising in frequency (the result of being in alignment) is the solution to all problems.
Step Three: Allow your ego to express whatever it needs to—whether it’s rage, grief, or self-righteousness. Just let it come out. If writing out your feelings (for your eyes only) would be helpful, do that. Cry, yell, punch a pillow—do whatever you need to do to discharge the energy. Do not resist anything that comes up on the basis of it not being “nice.” (These exercises are for you and no one else—ideally, you will do them in private.) Observe without resistance while this is going on, and know that these feelings are not a part of you, but simply “stuff” that needs to be discharged to make way for Love to flow. Devote as much purposeful time to this as needed.
Step Four: Select any frequency-raising support activities and tools that seem appropriate and utilize them (A partial list is at the bottom of this post). Moving Life Force freely through you without ego choking off the flow is the key to rising in frequency. Music is one of the most powerful realignment tools as it easily bypasses ego resistance. You may want to use sad or angry music during Step Three, but once your ego has expressed and you’re feeling more peaceful and ready to allow yourself to move toward joy, choose music that you feel will be helpful in boosting you upward.
Step Five: Let go to the upward movement of your energy and enhance it by breathing into it and celebrating it! Stay focused on the wonderful feeling of Life Force flowing through you, and feel it elevating you closer and closer to the “joy space.” Repeating the words “Thank you. thank you. thank you. thank you, thank you” over and over again to your God-Realized Self is like fanning a spark to turn it into a flame. Feel the magnetic energy of the joy space calling you upward and revel in the feeling of being there—it’s your true Home!
Honor your intuition as to what else you need to do. Your intuition is your God-Realized Self guiding you.
Repeat as needed.
Frequency-Raising Support Tools and Techniques
Raising your frequency is a matter of unblocking the flow of Life Force from Source (also known as Love), so that it flows freely through you without resistance from your ego. The following are some of the many tools and energy-moving techniques that will help get you back in the flow!
Music is one of the easiest, most effective passive tools for frequency-raising as it is generally something that bypasses ego-resistance and entrains your energy to it without effort. You can use music to assist in moving out emotional “stuff” when you’re providing ego the chance to be heard so it can drop its resistance. Music composed as an act of healing is especially potent for this. Upbeat, rhythmic music will lift you up higher when you are ready to move to the joy space.
Conscious breathing—breathing dynamically and purposefully—realigns you with the rhythm of the Divine. Imagine you are breathing in Light and breathing out whatever is not in alignment and blocking the flow of Life Force through you. Using circular breathing techniques (rebirthing therapy) can rapidly move energy blockages through and out and free your energy to flow, but simply sitting and focusing on your breath is also a powerful way to get centered, oxygenated, and enlivened.
Aromatherapy is a powerful, passive frequency-raiser that bypasses all ego resistance.The aromatic essences of plants were provided by the Creator for the purpose of assisting us in realigning with Source, thus balancing, healing and energizing us. Smelling a pure plant fragrance brings our energy into the frontal lobes of the brain to the pineal gland where our God Knowingness is accessible. Many fragrances such as frankincense, sandalwood, rose and balsam fir are particularly effective for stimulating the pineal gland and raising frequency. Essential oils must be therapeutic-grade for this use.
Sleep is the gift we are given daily to get our ego-minds out of the way so we can realign with Source and Life Force can freely flow through us. Getting enough sleep is extremely important in raising your frequency and keeping it high.
Relaxation is like “neutral” in the gears of a car. When we relax, we allow energy in reverse polarity to come back into alignment. When things are going wrong, taking a deep breath and relaxing mentally and physically puts Spirit back in charge.
Toning is using your voice to raise and balance energy, something you do instinctively as a child. There are infinite ways to tone, but here is a technique to try: Start by sounding “oooooooooo” (rhymes with “glue”) at the lowest note your voice will go and raise the tone up smoothly over a period of a few seconds, from as low as you can easily go to the highest you can easily go, like a siren starting up, and hold the highest note as long as you can. Do not force the sound—let your voice gently wrap around the sound so as not to cause vocal strain. Repeat. Experiment with your voice and find your own favorite technique!
Exercise, including stretching, is a really great way to get the Life Force flowing freely through your body again. Physical movement not only causes energy to move through and oxygenate your brain, it stimulates the release of endorphins, which are frequency-elevating, as witnessed by the way they move you into joy. Do your favorite workout, dance, play a game that requires movement, or simply take a walk. The key is to move.
Frontal lobe stimulation withdraws energy from your reptilian brain (home of your ego’s greatest influence) and draws it into the part of your brain where your God Knowingness is available. You can stimulate your frontal lobes by focusing energy there. One easy way to do this is by visualizing your amygdala—two walnut-sized structures in the mid-brain at about eye level—and imagining Tinkerbell swooping in and tickling them with a feather.
Radiating Love unconditionally is the most frequency-raising of all activities because in order to do it, you have to be in alignment! It is what you were designed for, and the ability to do this is “hard-wired” into you. When you radiate Love impersonally, just the way Source does, without concern for who is receiving or appreciating it, you are automatically in perfect alignment.
Other powerful frequency-raising activities to try include:
~Writing a letter to God, and channeling God’s totally loving answer in response
~Appreciating something or someone (gratitude is an especially powerful form of appreciation)
~Communing with Nature and allowing it to trigger your Love response to it
~Doing something for someone with absolutely no expectation of anything in return
~Using water, a magical, electromagnetic substance, to soak in, shower in, swim in, gaze at, and drink (being well-hydrated is essential for operating at higher frequency)
Since our Solar System has evolved into the Age of Aquarius, we have been given several gifts. The evolution of the Solar System has taken on a Physical Movement. We have moved into a new place around our Galactic Sun. Just as our Earth revolves around our Sun, our Solar System revolves around our Galactic Sun.
Just as man individually and collectively is evolving, our Solar System is evolving. It too has a destiny and purpose in the Mind of God. The gifts that this movement around the Galactic Sun have given us are: The Laws of Quantum Physics, The Laws of Radionics and the Internet.
*The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that there exists an infinite ocean of thinking, intelligent energy called the Quantum Ocean. This is the Mind of God that the Ancients spoke about. We can use the Laws to better understand ourselves, the workings of God and the Relationship between us.
*The Laws of Radionics give us the technology to project our thoughts, wishes and desires into the Quantum Ocean. The Quantum Ocean responds to our thoughts. The present physical reality that we all find ourselves experiencing is the the result of the sum total of thoughts we have allowed ourselves to think in this lifetime and in all past lifetimes. We have become what we have thought. Tomorrow will be a synthesis of today's thoughts combined with all our past thoughts. And so infinitum until we have reached our destiny.
What is Destiny? It is to become ever so more God-like and conscious; until we are so much a part of God that we do not have to incarnate again. So, if we find ourselves not exactly where we want to be on our road to spirituality, we can change our position.
We can use the Laws of Quantum Physics and the Science of Radionics to think better and higher thoughts and project them into the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God. Our new thoughts will manifest into a new life.
*The INTERNET is a gift of immense usefulness. Now we do not have to travel the world, or look in caves or out of the way places for the Wise men and Seers. What they have thought and said will find it's way onto the Internet. The how of this is not important, that is for the materialistic scientists, who do not believe in a Creator God to figure out.

Spirituality is the belief in a higher being. A belief that there are those higher in consciousness and farther along their path to spirituality than we are. Although their destiny is to ever lean forward, walk forward. They also look behind to seek out those who are also climbing the Path of Spirituality. With your mind and heart full of expectation step out boldly on your path of Spirituality. The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that the Laws of Attraction will bring you what you think about - Think about God and those Higher ones who have gone before, those who are higher on the mountain. They will hear you.
The Mind-Body Connection

This subject is so patently clear and evident to me now, that it seems almost too obvious to require an explanation , yet I know there was a time when I didn't see the connection and I had to gradually stumble over the metaphysical insights in order to see the Light. I can only presume that some of you are in the same boat.
It's hard to know where to begin, but begin I must. I'm going to start with the metaphysical and move towards the physical connection as the story unfolds. Stick with me. You'll realize why I've had to do it this way once you've read everything. .
In the Beginning
We are all IMMORTAL SPIRIT BEINGS who have lived out THOUSANDS of other physical lives here on earth before this one. Each time we die, we return to the spirit world and have a conference with wise counselors who review our life's history and help us decide on the best plan for our future and continued SPIRITUAL GROWTH. for our NEXT physical lifetime. After a period of rest, study (oh yes, you're as busy and occupied on the Other Side as you are on this one), and self examination, we return to the earth plane by entering the body of a carefully chosen newborn baby, just as we had done on so many occasions in the past. The memory of our past lives is erased from our CONSCIOUS mind when we begin a new life in order to allow us the complete freedom of making truly unbiased (and uncoerced) SPIRITUAL DECISIONS on a day to day basis. Eventually we figure out what's going on, live better lives, and earn the right to incarnate on other worlds where "the living is easier" and not nearly as contentious as earth life. As we progress upwards (spiritually speaking), we find ourselves experiencing higher (and lighter) frequency realms. Earth life is merely the first (and lowest) rung of a very long ladder of spiritual evolution. Earth life can be wonderful and full of joy and pleasure (and some pain) if we play our cards right, but it can also be a very trying and difficult existence if we don't understand the Rules of Reality and decide to sleep with those who wish to be destructive and forment negativity or unkindness towards others.
That's a super short condensation of The Big Story and I've left out a lot, but we will return to it as time allows.
The Smaller Story is as follows:
Reality
We are much more than what we appear to be. We base our perception of ourselves on what we see in the mirror. This physical perception is reinforced by society, our schools, and even our religions. We are alone, we think, fending off the wolves who would devour us and clinging to those who offer us support and loving care. Lord Jesus, Mother Mary, Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha, Mohammed, Zoarastra, etc. are thought of as Prophets or Saviours of Mankind who exist somewhere out there. When we pray to Them, we hope they can hear us out there and will come to our rescue when we need Them to save us from some dire situation. God is typically viewed as a Father figure, often depicted as a very muscular looking old man with a long white beard who is sitting on a throne in Heaven. Many religions reinforce this view of separation. Little, insignificant Us and big, powerful Them. Of course, many religions also teach us that their annointed representatives are necessary middlemen required to represent our interests before God, sort of like metaphysical lawyers. And you know how beneficial and necessary lawyers are, don't you?
I'm being a little facetious, but I'm trying to get across the point that a fundamental misdirection has been taught by many organized religions that was never taught by the Founder of that religion. This misdirection did not come about by accident. It was intentional. It is the work of men who sought to gather power and privledge to themselves using the pretext of being earthly representatives of God. The purpose was to create a hierarchy of controlling elites at the top and the "'followers" down below who were expected to pay the bills. A similar hierarchy evolved in the secular world with the idea of kingship/royalty and their "subjects" who again, were expected to pay (in some manner) for the privledge of being ruled and controlled. The true teachings of Christ and many other great spiritual teachers of antiquity were twisted and distorted by these elites desiring to create a paradigm of control and obedience to them. This is not what Christ taught or wanted. Jesus said that "The Kingdom of God is Within". And so it is.
What did He mean? He meant that God exists within us at all times. We are part of God. We are not separated from God. We don't have to go looking for Him, we already have Him within every molecule and atom of our being. In fact, none of us are truly separate from each other. It only appears that way. It's an illusion, although it's hard to accept that from our limited perspective. We are all part of God and God pervades everything. He is All That Is. Now once you start to realize that, doors begin to open. You no longer feel so alone and fearful. You aren't battling the Dark Forces of the universe by yourself you now realize, but rather you have a great deal of help and support at your disposal. You are a part of God and God is a part of you.. You are an integral part of a greater Reality. A Divine Nature dwells within you since you are born of the Father and the Father is Divinity itself. Therefore, you have friends in very high places. The ancient Hindu scriptures wrote of these truths eons ago.
If you study the writings of yoga masters, you will come across the concept of Athman (Atman), or the Godhead figure within. The Soul and Atman are not exactly the same, but the Atman exist within the Soul. The Soul still retains the outer mantle of sense perception and carries the karmic baggage of previous lives. The Atman is completely detached and free of all sense desires or aversons. It is possible to perceive and experience the Atman while in this physical life. When you do, you are free. You can experience total bliss that will exceed anything your imagination can conjure.You will never view the world and its turmoils and triumphs in the same way, ever again.
Support Team
You have a team of Angels and Spirit Guides who have been 'assigned' to assit you during your earthly journey. Sometimes your Guides are changed or rotated depending on what sort of help you need at any given moment in your life. Guides are always beings who have experienced physical life many, many times and are very knowledgeable in the ways of the world. Your Angels, who have never experienced the physical plane, stay with you for the duration. These helpers always work in the background, but their assistance can become much more abundant and obvious if you attempt to communicate with them and seek their help.
One of the things that you'll never hear about from conventional religious instructions is that there are certain spiritual Universal Laws in place that are in operation at all times throughtout the universe. These Laws are inviolate and apply to all sentient beings whether you exist on the physical plane or in higher, non physical dimensions. They apply whether you come from Earth, Siruius B, Mars, Nibiru, Venus, or any other planet in this galaxy or any other galaxy. They apply in all the higher dimensional planes as well.
There are Three major Univeral Laws and many other sub universal laws under the umbrella of the three main ones. One of those Universal Laws is the Law of Non Interference or Free Will. Simply stated, this law requires that Free Will rules above all else when it comes to receiving assistance from higher spirit beings. If you don't want their help or do not ask for it, it cannot be 'pushed' on you. They must respect your Will. In an emergency, of course, due to ignorance on your part, your Angels will help get you out of a jam that might imperil your life or help avert a disaster, but as a rule they stand by ready to assist, but can only help you when you ask for their help. An extremely important point to remember. You've already been given this lesson by the Great Teacher who walked the Earth 2,000 years ago:" Knock and the Door shall be Opened unto you. Seek and you shall Find".
The Law of Cause & Effect is also iron clad and causes us to acquire Karmic debt or Karma, at least in the lower dimensional planes. Once a soul 'graduates' to a high enough plane or spiritual dimension, he is no longer liable to incur Karmic debt. Karma, as you likely know, is reaping what you sow. For every unkind gesture, thought, action, or intention, you must pay the piper in this life or in future lives to come or both. The nastier you are, the more you'll have to pay.
For every act of kindness, charity, or sacrifice, and every thought, word, deed or intention that you perform based on love and understanding, you pay down your Karmic debt and advance in soul development at the same time. Freedom from Karma can be achieved while still on earth and within the phsysical body. Many enlightened souls hae done so down through the centuries. You can do it too, if you want it bad enough. The key for opening that golden door is obtained through enlightened mediation and complete self realization. Paramahansa Yogananda and his predecessors taught a scientific form of enlightened meditation called Kriya Yoga that could permit the didicated and devoted practioner union with God, or samadhi and complete self relization while on earth.
The Law of Cause & Effect can also cause things to be created, including good health and freedom from adversity. I came upon an audio tape of Dr. Robert Bitzer in a most serrendipidous way at the Power of Thought School in Fayettesville, Arkansas in the Fall of 1998. It was sitting there alone in a bin with other odd lot items for clearance sale. I think I paid 50 cents for it. I wouldn't have taken it if the price wasn't so low since I had no idea who Robert Bitzer was or if he had anything to say that I would be interested in.
It turned out to be the most powerful lecture that I've ever heard on the Law of Cause & Effect. I must have replayed it a hundred times. I can practically recite it from heart. I greatly treasure that tape and thank Spirit for allowing me to come upon it in the way that I did. Of course, now I know it was a set up all along. That's the way they do it in the Spirit World. You think it's dumb luck and blind chance, but Nahhhhh,.... it's them giving you a lift to get up to speed and move you closer to God.
The Higher Self
Another topic that is never discussed in traditional religious education is the concept of the Higher Self. You think there is just you, the face you see in the mirror, and that you are alone in the world. You assume that the ego, the part of you that tenaciously clings to life, that jockeys for position and power, that propels you to seek physical gratification, that tempts you to dominate others, and causes you to respond to life's tribulations with anxiety and fear is the very core of your being, but it is not so.
There is much more to you than you might imagine. The face you see in the mirror is but one aspect, in physical form, of your soul, but your soul is yet part of a larger concept called the Oversoul. The Higher Self is the 'director', in a manner of speaking, of the Oversoul and is directly connected to the Universal Cosmic Mind which in turn is connected to the core of all creation, God. All knowledge, all truths, and all possibilities exists within the Universal Cosmic Mind. If you can gain access to this "Above Top Secret" cosmic computer room, you can find out anything you want and manipulate reality to satisfy your wishes.
As it turns out, you already have an inside contact. It's your own agent/representative inside the "Big Room with the Big Board" (borrowed from the movie Dr. Strangelove-one of the funniest satires of all times on the foolishness of the military mind and the immature egotism that animates it) and we call that representative our Higher Self.
All the original people of the world have a cultural and spiritual root that distinguishes them in their indication of faith in the search of a superior being. Within this context the Mayan people have their own way to express the spiritual; when T’zacol Bitol invokes the spiritual root in Ixpiakok, the Ajaw.
The basis for this spirituality is contained within the book the Pop Wuj (Popol Vuh), constituting an integral element of the Mayan inheritance. The spirituality of the Mayan people of the past and that of today have differences from the changes of society, but it is also a consequence of the invasion that destroyed documents of the Mayan people. Diego de Landa, due to his lack of understanding of the Mayan priests at that time, accused them of satanic practices and wizardry. Those that still do not understand the Mayan spirituality, continue to criticize and condemn, as Landa did it.
The spiritual aspects of the Mayan people are not the practices of a conventional or institutional religion. The spirituality of the Mayan is to share feelings, respect to our brother’s animals, plants, and the language. These aspects differ from the Christian institutionalized religions.
This spiritual consciousness also contains the elements of the day, based on the Mayan Sacred calendar. Every day contains an element that governs and orders it. Every one that is born on a date within the calendar can determine their behavior in the society and their function. This practice is handled by the Mayan priest, who interpreting the elements contained within the sacred calendar can spiritually guide newborns towards their future. The spiritual then is not separated from one within the form of life of each Mayan, but is an integral part of that one and maintains the inheritance of the town that conserves and practices its own existential spirituality.

13 Mayan Crystal Skulls Hold Holographic Records And May Save The World
The ancient Maya from Central America passed on a legend that tells of the 13 crystal sculls able to save the world from a terrible catastrophe.
Once in 1927 a British archeologist Mitchell-Hedges was able to confirm the Mayan legend through his own discovery: when the man was clearing debris from atop a ruined temple at the ancient Mayan city of Lubaantum his daughter found one such skull made out of pure quartz.
Later a few more of these mysterious artifacts came into possession of people in different parts of the world. Places where the human sized ancient crystal skulls have been found are generally various ruins and many are guarded by descendants of indigenous people throughout the world.
The skulls have mystical qualities: they can bring their owners into the state of hypnosis, cause people to hallucinate or have dreams about ancient Indians. Some say they can even make wishes come true.
According to the Crystal Links research a conservator and restorer Frank Dorland studying one of the skulls discovered that it had zygomatic arches acting as light pipes, using principles similar to modern optics, to channel light from the base of the skull to the eye sockets.
The eye sockets in turn were miniature concave lenses that also transferred light from a source below, into the upper cranium. Finally, in the interior of the skull was a ribbon prism and tiny light tunnels, by which objects held beneath the skull could be magnified and brightened. As a result, when placed upon a source of light, the skull acquired glowing eyes and appeared to be on fire.

Yet the origins and the manufacturing of the skulls remain inexplicable. World Mystery Research Center reports that several of ancient skulls have been brought to Hewlett-Packard, located in the San Francisco area. Hewlett- Packard, long known as a manufacturer of printers and computer systems, has one of the most extensive scientific and crystal research laboratories in the world.
The scientist working at HP, who had a chance to work with some of these ancient crystal skulls were hard pressed to explain how a primitive culture could have carved crystal into such precise shapes and especially against the natural axis of the crystal without the use of sophisticated tools!
Thus far, four types of ancient quartz skulls are known including clear quartz, amethyst (purple), rose quartz (pink) and smoky quartz (from grey to black). It may be that these magic gifts of the ancestors would assist humanity in surviving the doomsday of 2012, as was foretold by the enigmatic Maya civilization.

A crystal skull is a model of a human skull generally made out of quartz crystal, but not always, as in the case of Chinese jade skulls. Crystal skulls vary in size from a few inches to the size of a human head, or bigger. The age of a skull can be equated not so much to the year it was carved, or the place of origin, but to the age of the crystal from which it was created, some crystals being thousands of years old, while others are more contemporary. Holding an object to exchange energies and/or receive messages with it, is called psychometry. To find messages while look at the inclusions within a quartz crystal, or crystal skull, is a form of divination called Scrying.
There are countless hypotheses that the crystal skulls are the legacy of some higher intelligence or ancient astronauts who seeded the human race.
All of Consciousness has had one goal in its evolution, to discover what it is NOT.
Consciousness experiences the universe by comparison. The basic comparison is that the conscious is NOT whatever was experienced. For at least 100,000 years mankind has been pursuing the question, "Who am I?" Or, "Why am I here?" and "What am I doing?" That question has been used by the Church and State to bind people to some standard or another, to some identity or another, to one belief system or another. Consciousness is none of these things. There are only the considerations of Consciousness.
Humanity will be investing in what is admirable and nothing else. Your TRUTH, your ETHICS, your INTEGRITY is what will sustain you through all the changes. Therefore, you must have the courage to create what you wish to experience. You will be able to take advantage of the opportunities. Those people without integrity, will bring upon themselves what their own consciousness is focused on, their own FEAR and their own JUDGEMENT. That's what's going to happen down here - JUDGEMENT DAY. All this boils down to decision time. You can decide to stay on the power train and hunt down the almighty dollar. Or, you can choose integrity.
We have the planetary consciousness with the internet of now being able "to meet the neighbors." And we will as soon as we get over this power trip and get an ethical consciousness. Can you see us going to other galaxies before then? All we would do is "kick butt." No, we're not ready yet.
After decision time, there will be no more "I can't do this," no more control over anybody else. Then and only then can we "meet the neighbors," and they can't get to us either. The whole three dimensional universeis going to be going through this at the same time. Other dimensions have already gone through this. We're separated on purpose through the plan. Technology will go extinct and Spirit will take over. There will be no more sickness, lack, hunger. Consciousness is already creating this. We will be experiencing this. During the Sixth Night, a 360 day period, we will be experiencing BLISS, liberation, and be in a period of experimentation and getting ready for what is to come.
From 2006-2011 there will be a time of healing. It is a time of manifestation, of completion. During the Seventh Day, we won't necessarily be on the planet. We will be able to travel anywhere. We will have entered the Universal cycle. The last 260 days of this 360 day period we are supposed to get up to speed to experience all of infinity with our consciousness. This concept doesn't fit into our brain yet.
Would you like to be out of debt? There will be a different economy where there is only abundance. You will possess the confirmed knowledge that you are Divine. You will be able to demonstrate that everything is possible. There will be the complete absolution of any limit. Currently technology is our ladder to Consciousness. But the internet and television are soon going to be outpaced.
My View: If anyone has fear based on the Mayan Calendar's 2012 end date, then deep down inside you probably have that spirituality quest within you. Otherwise, you might debunk the theory of the Long Count end date.
If we are to go to another stage of evolution where thought = manifestation, then there will be absolutely nothing to fear or to worry about.
Here's an example of how fear can equal Hell. Imagine the person who lives in fear of being shot, so he or she constantly carries a gun and is constantly looking over his or her shoulder for someone who might be out to get them. Hypothetically, if thoughts = manifestations, then this person's thoughts will become reality and EVERY time he turns around, there's always somebody trying to shoot him.
If 2012 is a cataclysmic event, I truly wish everyone well. I won't be in a bunker or in a cave, nor will I remain in Florida much longer. Whether your view is cataclysmic/preparedness or spiritual, it'll be important for like to be with like.
Unfortunately, this is segregating ourselves from one another...

It’s true! Look at all of life’s challenges that face us: crime, the economy, war, drugs, New World Order, etc.
Our thoughts are imperative to our outcome.
Our thoughts have a lot to do with what manifests before us. Think of any famous innovator who ventured outside-the-box to discover what was previously unknown. How did this occur? What was the inspiration? Something happened that triggered an idea (or thought) to generate a new product or technology. These ideas lead to improving the quality of life for everyone, so in an esoteric sense, our thoughts are to be used to create global harmony on the same level as thoughts that benefit mankind while in this physical form of life.

Sunspot Activity and DNA
Physicist Nassim Haramein noted the increase in sunspots in correlation to the solar maximum which occurs once every 11 years. The increases in sunspots have been the most numerous since recorded time!
Haramein stated, “I think this amount of information…this amount of energy is going to change our DNA structure very quickly and we have to be aware of that and allow that to happen and go into sympathetic resonance with that. If we resist that, there’s a chance we are going to get extremely sick.”
If thoughts Equal Manifestations
In the Bible, Moses and the Pharaohs had a battle of manifestations, proving that at one time, people had this capability. What if this happens by 2012? Our society isn’t ready for this by a long shot.
Imagine the person who’s afraid of being shot. If thoughts equal manifestations, then every time this person turns around, guess what? Someone will be pointing a gun at him!
Just like our opportunity for spiritual evolvement, we also have the opportunity to change ourselves and our ways of thinking! What do you have to lose? The only thing we really fear…is fear!
How do we overcome fear? The antithesis of fear is love. These are our two basic emotions in which all other emotions are derived. Which one rules you?
What can we do?
Our society is basically ruled by the 12:60 timing frequency (12 months: 60 minutes in an hour). This was the idea of the Roman Catholic Church to impose the Gregorian calendar upon us. Before the Gregorian and Julian calendars, we lived by a natural timing frequency, 13:20, based on a lunar 13 moon calendar.
Most of society is predominantly left-brained, or in other words, very structured and analytical. We can lose ourselves in time by developing the use of our right side of the brain through creative works such as craftwork, playing an instrument, drawing, writing lyrics/poetry, meditation, observing the stars, etc. This will take our minds off of the current stresses of society and will place us in the 13:20 timing frequency while developing the right side of our brains.
Haramein stated, “Everybody has their own mission. Everybody is here this time to do something very specific to assist in this change that we’re going through. For me, it’s to bring a unified view of the universe and bring a technology that will help us transition through these changes. For you and many others, it might be completely different in (being) supportive of each other. But basically, it is to go into your (chakra) center to find your mission…to find what you’re here to do. There’s something that you’re here to do that's going to help the world. Commit to it, whatever is necessary to get it done because there is very little time left.”

Human consciousness, intelligence may suddenly shift

Many researchers have hypothesized and attempted to prove that human consciousness is undergoing significant change.
This alleged change is not just increased intellectual knowledge or even social networking via the internet and other mass media.
Rather, people from diverse fields including, but not limited to, various sciences, education, defense and intelligence communities, psychology and spirituality have conducted research about the fundamental nature of individual and group changes in human consciousness.
That is, our individual awareness is purported to be increasingly linked with a larger energy or field in terms of quantum physics theories, spiritual concepts and Nature in ways we may not fully understand at this time.
Over the last few decades, research into extra-sensory perception (ESP), "anomalous cognition" (unusual or unconventional awareness or abilities), "remote viewing" (ESP methods developed in Project STARGATE by the U.S. military and intelligence communities) and similar areas have indicated that new ways of understanding human consciousness were emerging.
Sorting out the truth and the questionable claims and beliefs can be challenging.
Learning about theories of changing consciousness and changing realities around us can cause anxiety for some people, be interesting for others and a little of both for many folks.
With the difficulties facing us in terms of war and armed conflict, social problems, natural disasters, threats to our natural resources (including global climate change) and other developments, any help we can get in improving human intelligence, knowledge and consciousness would seem to be very helpful.
SCIENCE AND SPIRIT
Accompanying continued progress in understanding the potential and apparent direction of human consciousness, some researchers point out that a "unified field" or "zero-point field" probably exists around us and within us.
In addition to this hypothesized energy field underlying what we see and experience around us, there may be various dimensions that we may not always see. Some researchers propose that boundaries or membranes, sometimes referred to as "branes," separate these dimensions.
For people who wonder about ideas like an afterlife, Heaven and angels, theories about other dimensions actually existing along with our normal reality might make sense. Individuals who say they have had a "near-death experience" or NDE report crossing a boundary, a tunnel of beautiful light, to a different reality.
Some spiritual researchers have hypothesized that there could be several layers or kinds of dimensions in the afterlife.
How do these ideas fit with emerging discoveries and theories in modern physics and other sciences? There seem to be some common elements between the scientific and spiritual views.
Spiritual philosophies and faiths often note that intellectual or brain-oriented thinking can only get us so far in understanding a larger intelligence or force around us.
Transcending our thinking minds, then using our hearts and what is often called a soul take us to new levels of perception, according to certain belief systems.
These same kinds of methods are used in ESP and remote viewing. Using internal resources that are not simply thinking with our brains, people can tap into perceptions we often call intuition, instincts, gut feelings, hunches, dreams and visions to gain new insights and information.
This is one area where science and spirituality seem to be merging. And it seems to be where new phenomena and insights are emerging.
GRADUAL AND SUDDEN DEVELOPMENTS
Will the human race continue to develop in awareness, intelligence and compassion at a steady pace so that we will gradually solve some of our problems and succeed as a species on our planet?
Or, might more sudden events trigger increased urgency or progress toward positive and constructive developments? It could be that both a steady trend in our understanding of new discoveries and certain significant events and breakthroughs will happen together.
Our trajectory of increased knowledge and understanding seems to be increasing steadily. And, the possibility of sudden jolts of events could also be on the horizon.
A reason for concern, of course, is that these jolts could be of a problematic nature.
Things like a significant increase in human warfare, including the use of nuclear weapons, are real and current concerns that we see in the news quite frequently.
Natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic activity and powerful storms are also occurring in devastating ways, causing loss of life and human suffering.
Global climate change with melting polar ice, rising sea levels, impacts on agriculture, fresh water supplies and other outcomes could also be very damaging.
Some people even talk about legends and theories of a global "pole shift" of the Earth's crust, causing devastating damage to human civilization. A magnetic pole shift is reportedly already occurring, according to some reports.
Concerns about meteors, activity of the sun and possible events in or from space can make us wonder about possible threat scenarios.
Theories of a "Planet X" that may be heading for our solar system also can be interesting and alarming.
For those with very open minds, or maybe inside intelligence information, visitation to Earth of intelligent beings from other planets and/or other dimensions cannot be ruled out. In fact, the nature of possible visitation of this kind could include developing friendships and alliances with extraterrestrial visitors as well as preparing for conventional or unconventional and asymmetric defense and conflict.
The unidentified flying objects (UFOs) that are sometimes spotted in the skies around the world, and even closer encounters that some people report, make us wonder if something along these lines could actually be going on.
Very credible people within the scientific, military and intelligence fields seem to be gradually and carefully letting us know that it is wise to be prepared for more information about this kind of situation.
From the down-to-Earth views to the far-out scenarios of both positive and problematic trends and events, we can see an interesting range of possibilities. What will the future bring?
Native American Indians of the Americas, for example, have many legends about the larger cycles of life on this planet and about different ways of looking at and interpreting the nature of Nature around us and within us.
From ancient Native American sources, we might look at prophesies about the year 2012, when some significant development might occur. But what?
As we go about living our everyday lives, many of us wonder about what could happen in the coming days. What disasters or miracles might occur? Are there wars and battles on the horizon or a new era of peace?
Will the human race develop into a more wonderful species or will we destroy ourselves in foolish warfare and destructive treatment of our planet?
Human consciousness is a key element of all of these possible scenarios.
Maybe now is the time to continue and improve our understanding about discoveries in human perception. Because time may be running out for us. Or, time as we know it may itself change in unusual ways.
We can all look into our consciousness. We might discover surprising new insights that can help us individually and globally prepare for the trends and sudden shifts that we face in the days ahead.

Stands for the "Doctrine of the Convergent Timeline Paradox"
You look through time with this device and when you hit 2012, everything goes perfectly white. As you get closer and closer to 2012, starting around 1980, a very strange thing has been happening when they use the Looking Glass. There is an interlacing of images. So right now, imagine if I had this slide on half the time and the other half, there was an image of a face. And if I interlace them slowly, then maybe every second it goes from here to the face and from here to the face. Then as it speeds up, it gets faster and faster to the point that if it were complex images, you couldn’t make out one from the other because they’re flip-flopping so fast. That’s called the interlacing and the frequency of the interlacing gets higher and higher as you go towards 2012. ASnytime they used to look at 2009, 2010, 2012, 2012…BAM, it’s so interlaced that they have a whole server farm of computers to deconstruct the two images and to be able to see what they’re looking at in the future.
This is what they’re using, “The Orion Cube”, or “The Cube” and also it’s being used with Looking Glass but what’s going on with 2012?
Here’s another very interesting thing. Dan Birsh , who I’ve had multiple discussions with privately. We have multiple parallel universes that we can choose. What he found was there was a treaty they were trying to do with the extraterrestrials that was code named Tow Nine and in the Tow Nine Treaty, they had a line item in the treaty that was intended to share his biology technology with the ET’s and that technology was able to reproduce the original seed of all life on earth which the ET’s wanted to use to be able to heal their own DNA because they believe they’re human lineage. What he found out was that these other beings contacted and said, “You cannot tamper with the tree of life. You can look at it, you can admire it but you can’t mess with it. The tree of life is the actual source code of our DNA. What was happening was, they were looking into the future and he took the negative visual that he got from the alien…from the ascended being that came to him and warned him about the Tree of Life. He held that image in his mind and what would happen to the earth in 2012 if this were allowed to happen. The image inside the looking glass immediately shifted to the apocalyptic vision. So, he was able to prove by doing this, that you can determine the outcome of what this thing shows you by your conscious focus. 2012 does literally represent “Create Your Own Reality” time. It has everything to do with what do you expect is going to happen? This is where thoughts becoming reality really takes on a whole new meaning in a way that you’ve never heard of before.
What do you think happens when a UFO crashes in WWII and the people who financed Nazi Germany (Rothschild, Ford, etc, ) once it collapsed, they’re looking for as much technology as they can get their hands on. What do you think they’re going to do when these UFO’s crash? They’re going to want to rip out everything in those UFO’s imaginable, reverse engineer and make it into something useful. So what’s the first thing that they go for? They take out the chair. Because in these UFO’s, you’re sitting there in the chair, you meditate on it and a vortex opens up in front of the ship and then you fly through it. You pop through a wormhole and you end up somewhere else. The chair is the interface with your consciousness. When your consciousness is interfacing with the chair, that helps you get to a point in yourself where you can see that the chair is a psychic amplifier. The chairs function is that it takes your natural innate psychic function and makes it vastly more powerful.
They could actually create a wormhole with the chair with the psychics exercising their consciousness in the chair. They had help from ET’s from Sirius in designing the chair. The chair allowed them to send people through time. There were multiple wave lengths that the chair cranked out on graph paper. Some of those wavelengths were corresponding to a natural 20 year harmonic in the earth’s vibration. If people were moving through time, this wave would tell you exactly where you were in time, depending where, up and down, it was. At December 21st, 2012, they could calculate it down to the day, that’s how precise this was, all the graphs, all the waves would go into a complete flat line. They no longer moved up and down like before. They went flat for seven or eight seconds. They were asking guys who went through these stargates, and were traveling into the future, “What happened to you?” Every single time that somebody tried to hit 2012 they said the same thing. There’s this thing they call the bump. It actually hits you like a bump. You actually feel like you slammed into something. As soon as it slams into you, you have the most incredible religious experience you can imagine. Cosmic consciousness. You’re consciousness blasts into this wonderful place where you have awareness of no space, no time. All knowledge is available to you. Ecstatic God consciousness. You could be the galaxy. You could be a subatomic particle. You can go anywhere and do everything and there’s no sense of it ever ending. When it finally stops, you can’t believe who you were before. 2012 is our zero time reference.
Daniel did say that the stargates are real. There’s one main stargate per planet. They dug them up from ancient Atlantean technology. They actually buried it under the ice in Antarctica because they were concerned that something could come through that could damage human life. The first and second year of Stargate SG-1 are loaded with real stuff. They hide the truth out in the open.
I was very fortunate to meet this guy. I wish he would come forward but he didn’t want to. He did tell me that they found life on other planets. Mars once had a civilization. They have a photograph that he saw with the astronauts waving with a big pyramid next to them. They actually have underground bases on Mars. There’s a technology we’ve learned about from other witnesses called a jump room where you walk into the room. It’s like an elevator. The doors close. You suddenly feel really sick to your stomach. The doors open and boom, you’re on Mar. Just like that. No time has elapsed.
All gate travel is much better than using a ship. It’s a much preferable method than traveling by a spaceship because you go a lot faster and you go a lot farther. You can reverse engineer it by taking the seat out of the ship.
This 20 year loop has a bad side effect. When the Philadelphia Experiment happened 20 years ago, there was an enormous amount of energy released. That energy reflected through the time domain. An enormous, almost nuclear release of energy was caused by the Philadelphia Experiment and the Rainbow Project in 1943. There’s a 20 year harmonic and during certain favorable points in the harmonic, if you have a huge energy release, you going to get another one down here (see image below). You have a conduit or gateway between those two areas.
This is bad. This is called the rift. It’s very dangerous. It’s very serious.
1943 created a rift. 40 years later, in 1983 was when a creature got through, August 13, 1983, and trapped the entire base and destroyed the Mantauk base, destroyed the chair. It just so happens that Daniel called in sick and wasn’t at work that day. He didn’t get mid-wiped. They didn’t erase the memories out of his mind. He remembers everything he learned and everything that happened when he was working on this base.
Some wanderers are ETs who have come from elsewhere to planet Earth for this incarnation or at this time. Many other wanderers are earth natives who have matured spiritually to the point of awakening to their metaphysical identity, thereby making the worldly identity less real, and creating the sense of being a stranger in a strange land. Both types of wanderers are in the same situation here on Earth now, in that they often don’t fit in well here, for their inner universe has shifted, and the “real” world for them has shifted from the earthly world to the aesthetic and ethical innerness of the metaphysical world.
Wanderers are each unique and come in all shapes and sizes, but their likeliest common characteristics are a sense of alienation and isolation as they make choices of how to live and be, and cope with a strong and increasing inner knowing that they are here to serve. The lesson and mission that all wanderers have in common is to give and receive love. Their common service is to be themselves, in as true and deep a way possible in each moment, as they are working on this life lesson. The main mission is a ministry of being, of living in the open heart that is the deepest self of all beings within incarnation here. They are light anchorers, bringing light through into the earth planes as they breathe in and breath out with an open and loving heart.

Collective Consciousness Through Meditation during the Exinoxes and Solstices
Stargate is an etheric inter-dimensional energy alignment between two points in interstellar space, which allows high vibrational energies to pass through long distances of space, along the space-time continuum. Put most simply, it is a sub-space vortex through which energy may pass. This passage of energy is most unrestricted during a solstice or equinox, when the position of the planet is such as to allow an optimal amount of energy through to Earth.
During a Stargate, cosmic energy is brought into the Earth through a meditation and conscious intention; participants virtually act as "conductors", by connecting their physical bodies and conscious mind to the energies coming to the planet. New and enlightening information may be brought to the Earth this way. During a Stargate important "earth work" may also be performed, such as the alignment of the Earth's Etheric Energy Grids.
The Stargate alignments are particularly crucial at this time, as the vibration of the Earth is speeding up as we continue to move through the photon belt. Stargates allow high vibrational interstellar energies to permeate the etheric grids of the Earth with ease and grace, and in doing so allow the energies to fully integrate into the etheric grid structures of the Earth.

Are the Mayans telling us that in 2012 a stargate or wormhole will open and that it is connected with Nibiru? Will the figure(s) that emerge from it be the long-awaited Teachers of many of the world's religions?
The times at which these entry vortexes are opened (once every 3 months on the equinoxes and solstices, and other times as called for) are times of sacred significance and astrological alignment in Earth's current history.
Performing the Infinity Meditation at these times, using the connections of group consciousness, a coordinated group consciousness comes to be connected singly and individually. This consciousness comprises thousands of points of light on the planetary surface of the physical Earth. As each individual makes their own connection in the manner which is perfect for them, linkages are created to the Group Consciousness (or Unity Consciousness) which becomes formed as a result of everyone performing this meditation simultaneously. This Consciousness linkage permits the intense subatomic etheric energy of the Stargate, to enter the Earth's "etheric atmosphere", permeate through the multiple layers of the Earth's etheric energy field, flow into the Christ Consciousness grid, pass through the consciousness of the individual participants and ground into the etheric Crystalline Core of the Earth herself. In this way, the intense beam of etheric photon energies is dissipated, allowing the Earth to harmonize and balance this shift with ease and grace.
Through the Stargates, we, the inhabitants of the physical Earth plane, are able to assist in shifting the "reality" of catastrophic Earthchanges which are characteristic of "doom and gloom" predictions. The shift in reality occurs when the Group Consciousness facilitates a balanced dispersion of the high, intense energies, which might have otherwise caused the Earth to "rock and roll". This "rock and roll" effect would have been the result, in part, of the incompatible absorption of the incoming energies, into the physical layers of the Earth. This is not to say, however, that all of these effects are to be shifted.
The Mayans tell us that in 2012 a ladder will emerge from the center of our Milky Way galaxy. The god Nine Wind (who may be Quetzalcoatl) will descend on a `serpent-rope' from a sun disk that resembles the symbol for Nibiru. John Major Jenkins concluded that the serpent-rope is a wormhole.
These shifts can only occur when they are in total and complete, harmonious alignment, as transmitted to us by Source and those beings whose mission it is to assist Earth through this process, with the Greater Ascension Plan of Source. Actually, these shifts are only to realign an imbalance which already existed in the Earth. We are asked only to realign things back to the original balance point of perfection, irrespective of whether it is the Planet, a Human, or an Energy on the surface of the Earth.
It is the BALANCE POINT, the point of Zero Polarity or the Null Zone, that we aim to restore. It is the connection to Source, in perfection that we seek, for we are all messengers of the Light, the vehicles of Source's plan and intimately connected to each other as ONE …

The Zodiac
The 12 “star signs” the astrologers use are the constellations that fall on the ecliptic, otherwise referred to as the zodiac. The zodiac is “A belt on the celestial sphere, about 8° either side of the ecliptic, which forms the background for the motions of the Sun, Moon, and planets.” The ecliptic passes through more than 12 constellations, it passes through 13, the thirteenth being Ophiuchus. Why do the astrologers ignore poor old Ophiuchus? Probably because it is not a particularly bright constellation. But that does not change the fact that the ecliptic passes through 13 constellations, not 12.

The solar year has a little more than 364 days. The lunar month has just over 29 days. To reconcile these awkward figures the ancient astronomers devised a calendar of thirteen equal months, each of 28 days or four equal weeks. This calendar is all but regular, with the full moon falling one day and one hour later each month, and with only a small correction to be made at the end of the year.
NINGIZZIDA: A Goddess who can appear in serpent form and does magic and healing. Ningizzida was a fertility god. Originally depicted as a serpent with a human head, Ningizzida became known as a magical god of healing.
Ningishzida is the earliest known symbol of snakes twining (some say in copulation) around an axial rod. It predates the Caduceus of Hermes, the Rod of Asclepius and the staff of Moses by more than a thousand years

The lunar months (or 'moon ths'), were represented in the skies by the constellations of the zodiac; and on the ground by a circle of trees in the sacred grove. Twelve of the signs of the zodiac are familiar to us from the astrology columns in the daily newspapers, but what happened to the thirteenth, and what was its symbol? This question can be answered by consulting the works of the ancient astronomers. Ptolemy of Alexandria gives the name of the constellation, and also the bearing and magnitude of the stars which form it. The constellation was called Ophicius (in Greek) and Serpentarius (in Latin). Both names mean 'snake-holder', and refer to the pythoness, the high priestess of the goddess temples. The symbol of this sign, a bare-breasted woman holding snakes, occurred in the Sumerian; Minoan, and other cultures of the Archaic period. Thus the missing month, the month that we disrupted an orderly calendar to avoid, was the month of the Goddess.

Less familiar is the forgotten thirteenth sign, which lies "betwixt" them, Ophicius, the Snake-Holder, the symbol of which was a goddess or priestess brandishing two snakes, and which connoted the most important new moon in the goddess' lunar calendar. Milton, who also wrote the Book of Common Prayer used by Protestant congregations, has told us here in cryptic form that he was mindful that the Christian Satan (aka the Devil), was a new name given to an older but unmentionable deity, the goddess.

Now, while it is true that the ORIGIN of the word is indeed obscured and clouded in secrecy, it is primarily because Obeah, as implied above, is in itself clouded in secrecy --- being the remnant of a once very powerful and celebrated SECRET religious Order lost in the mist of time. Even so, slowly over the years clues have surfaced that indicate THAT particular secret religious Order emanated from a certain general geographical area. Those clues, few in number that they may be, strongly point to the fact that the Order originated in or around an area where the Egyptian language was either born, dominant, or used by the priests or religious class --- much as Latin is used by certain religious orders today --- with the power and knowledge of Obeah maintained and rising from the underground ashes of that dispersed Order over the centuries. Considering such a background, it is very probable the etymology of the word sprang from the Egyptian word Ob or Aub, meaning "serpent." Oph is a winged serpent or dragon; and Ab means wisdom/understanding, and together means "Serpent of Wisdom" or "Serpent of Knowledge." To this day Obion is still the Egyptian name for a serpent.....

Moses, who escaped with his people out of Egypt with the full might of the Pharaoh's army hot on their heels all the way to the Red Sea --- where the army reportedly then drowned --- forbade in the name of God, the Israelites even to enquire about the demon Ob, which is translated in the first testament as a necromancer, wizard, or Diviner. In today's world the various translations are wide enough to encompass the type shaman-sorcerer that the infamous Yaqui Indian Don Juan Matus apprenticed under, a Diablero, a new-world tribal spiritual elder known to embody a sense of evilness and the ability to shapeshift. Moses himself carries a great deal of importance in all those translations, including right up to this day with Obeah. Even though Moses forbade enquiry into Ob amongst his people, he is seen as the ultimate snake-charmer and among the greatest of magicians. When Moses doubted he was really hearing the voice of God, he was asked what he was holding in his hand. When he replied that he was holding a rod, he is commanded to throw it to the ground. When he does, the rod becomes a serpent. When he picks it up it becomes a rod again. Later, under the direction of Moses, when Aaron throws his rod down before Pharaoh, it becomes a snake as well.(Exodus 7:1-16).....
Throughout the ancient world, the Middle East and Egypt, because of the brilliantly clear desert night skys, the stars and the constellations carried deep significance, both for the wandering tribes such as those following Moses and the great civilizations and city-states such as Babylonia, Sumeria, and Egypt. Ophiuchus the Serpent Bearer is one of those desert-sky constellations. Most people pretty much know what the Zodiac is --- the constellations on the plane of the ecliptic through which the sun passes in the course of a year --- and what their "Sun Sign" is in relation to the Zodiac (i.e., Sagittarius, Taurus, etc.). What most people don't know is that there are actually thirteen Sun Signs, NOT twelve. According to the official modern constellation boundaries that astronomers use today, the sun passes through thirteen constellations, not twelve. The Greeks chose to remove one of the original thirteen constellations from the Zodiac in order to accomplish their desire to have each sign rule for an even 30º of sky, so they selected Ophiuchus to be eliminated. It can only be because of his origins in Egypt as one of their most powerful dieties, on par with Osiris and Thoth, all of whom answered only to Ra. Mysteriously enough, just like Obeah is secret, hidden, and unknown, the "thirteenth constellation" of the Zodiac, Ophiuchus the Serpent Bearer is secret, hidden, and unknown. About one person in twenty is an "Ophiuchus," and they don't even know it.....
The peoples of ancient times (most typically the Pythagoreans, but others as well) had a legend that a kind of Light, described as a "living fire," flowed through all living things. Guarding this Flame was the serpent Ophioneus, very similar in respects to his nearly same namesake Ophiuchus. He was said to lay coiled in the Waters of Life. If anyone obstructed or hindered the Light of the Flame, Ophioneus would rise out of the water like a monster and consume them. The Greek philosopher Pherecydes (circa 600-550 BC) wrote a great deal about Ophioneus, having obtained the doctrines from the Phoenicians, also known as Ophites (Greece was first colonized by Ophites, serpent worshippers from both Egypt and Phoenicia). The Ophites venerated a serpent by the deity-title Ab, sometimes rendered Ob and Ob Aur, meaning Father --- as in the procreator of All. They also had the watery serpent Leviathan or Thiavat, which is same as Ophioneus. All of this ties into Abaddon that appears in Revelations as the Angel of the Abyss. It is unclear if the forces of the Abyss are fully good or evil in any way. The Obic forces that guard the Light and keep it flowing apparently take it by whatever means necessary and return it back to where it belongs when a person fails to let it flow or obstructs it.....

The name ouroboros (or, in Latinized form, uroborus) is Greek οροβóρος, "tail-devourer". The depiction of the serpent is believed to have been inspired by the Milky Way, as some ancient texts refer to a serpent of light residing in the heavens.

Medieval Christian art often depicted the Edenic Serpent as a woman, thus both emphasizing the Serpent's seductiveness as well as its relationship to Eve. (This connection might be due do the influence of Lilith, as well.) Several early Church Fathers, including Clement of Alexandria and Eusebius of Caesarea, interpreted the Hebrew "Heva" as not only the name of Eve, but in its aspirated form as "female serpent."

What is Your Life Path Number?
The Life Path is the sum of the birth date. This number represents who you are at birth and the native traits that you will carry with you through life. The most important number that will be discussed here is your Life Path number. The Life Path describes the nature of this journey through life.
The Life Path number is established from the date of birth. First, add the Month, day, and year together to arrive at a total. Next, reduce this four digit number to a single digit.
Example: If a person was born on October 23, 1972 (10-23-1972*), add the month 10 to the day 23 plus the the year 1972 arriving at a total of 2005. Then add the digits in 2005 arriving at the Life Path number 7.
The "master numbers, " 11, 22, and 33, have been incorporated within the corresponding single digit number readings. See addition comments about master numbers.
If you choose to consider the master numbers, you can stop reducing the compound numbers when you arrive at the master numbers, 11 or 22. Example: Bill Gates, born 10-28-1955, has a birth date that adds up to 1993. 1993 reduces to 22, so he would a good example of the 22/4.
MASTER NUMBERS
The longer I study and think about numerology, the more disenchanted I get with the concept of "Master Numbers." My first concerns arose when the traditional 11 and 22 master number were enjoined by 33/6, 44/8, 55/1, and 66/3. All of these latter day master numbers seemed to be wanting their shot at greatness, too. For years I maintained a staunch conservative resistance to this change, and stuck with the original masters and excluded the new pretenders. Over the years, this has upset a few 33/6s along the way. But I steadfastly sent them on their way to find others who would feed their vanity and good fortune (in an ego sense) of being born on one of those rare dates producing a total of 33.
On reflection, it's hard to justify why, if the 11 can syphon off all of the potential superlatives of the spiritual 2, and 22 can steal the glory from the hardworking 4, then why can't the 33s do the same to the naturally nurturing 6. Seems only fair. But with most of the optimal trails of 2 and 4 expended on their "higher level" brethren, these two solid citizens are left with delineations reflecting personages resigned to the ordinary and humdrum. To me it is very hard to read what numerologists say about 1 through 9, without coming away with the sense that the authors believe that the higher the number the more potential for the person. The 2 and 4 are usually particularly drab, indeed. I just have a hard time accepting this. I hold firmly to the idea that all numbers are totally and without qualification equal in terms of human potential. It is simply that, that potential manifests, thankfully, in a wide array of different kinds of people.
Further on this, I have the sense that upon learning one is a "master", the reaction can go a couple of different ways. Neither are very desirable in my view.
In some, the discovery that your Life Path number or Destiny number is one of the master numbers can be a little freaky and intimidating. Not knowing what you are supposed to do with this wonderful "gift" can cause confusion and even paranoia. Not very healthy when a reading of the root number would give a much more accurate picture for both the 2 and the 4. With the potential for greatness included in the more comprehensive reads, it is far better to see the nature of your being and what the potentials are likely to be. As a member of this crowd with my 11/2 Destiny number, I'm feeling better already knowing that I no longer have to be so illuminating.
The other group of masters proudly hail their superlative status. They adopt the view that they are somehow better than all of their single digit peers. Stands to reason, doesn't it? Their number is a master number and not just everyone is a has such a designation. This sort of ego trip flies in the face of master number concept. Surely these folks are living on the negative side of their master number. They are sitting around just waiting for that greatness to appear. They would be well advised to revisit the root number and learn the lessons there with a sense of humility.
So, I have limited the amount of information on the site regarding master numbers, and I have incorporated the superlatives into the root single digit number instead. Bill Gates will be glad to hear this and realize that even he, an ordinary 4, can become a "master builder."
If your date of birth or the letters in your names adds up to one of the master numbers, 11 or 22, or 33 for that matter, I urge you contain your pride and excitement. Be humble and focus on the ultimate single digit number. Make sure you understand the basis of your nature and that you are indeed living your life on its positive side.
NUMBERS
1 (10/1, 19/1)

Here we are apt to find the entertainers of the world, bright, effervescent, sparkling people with very optimistic attitudes. The bright side of this path stresses harmony, beauty and pleasures; of sharing your inventive talents with the world. Capturing your capability in creative self-expression is the highest level of attainment for this life path.
Life is generally lived to the fullest, often without much worry about tomorrow. You are not very good at handling money because of a general lack of concern about it. You spend it when you have it and don't when you don't.

The cream of the crop in this Life Path can be a master builder in society. if you are among these highly talented people, you have an idealistic nature which is grounded in practical terms, allowing you to conceive grandiose, far-reaching schemes and carry them through to the end. If you desire and are willing to work for it, you can achieve enormous success, prestige, and fame. Obviously, everyone with a 4 Life Path does not become famous.
All with this Life Path have the ability to take orders and to carry them out with dedication and perseverance and many 4s live and work happily in this context. But so often, the 4 Life Path is the entrepreneur and manager in the community. In either role, you always demand as much from yourself as you do from others, and sometimes a lot more.
You have the kind of will power that is often mistaken for sheer stubbornness. You don't think of yourself as dogged, but your honest beliefs and that ever direct speech makes you come across as completely unremitting. breathing selfish? If we didn't give, and give generously, we'd die. I really believe that. Giving is human nature; it's just that we forget our own Spirit-Nature sometimes. Giving can take many forms; simply paying attention to someone is a gift.

Naysayers are a downer. "No" closes our hearts like cholesterol. (Naturally, this excludes saying "No" to drugs or other self-destructive, noxious or illegal behaviors.) "Yes" affirms life. People always would rather hear yes rather no. Unless it's when you ask your doctor, "Do I have herpes?"

As Shunryu Suzuki writes: "In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities; in the expert's mind there are few." And this may be the only time you hear Norman Vincent Peale quoted right after Suzuki-
roshi, but there is something to the power of positive thinking, if not "The Power of Positive Thinking." Spiritual people are optimists. They believe in belief. They are the lemon-to-lemonade folks, the

They Walk A Mile in Your Shoes.
They understand that empathy means feeling another's pain but not so much that they take on others' pain and become another's pain. With that empathy, they tend to know exactly what to say or do for you to
make you feel better. In gratitude, we say to them, "You are a saint." Even when we do not mean it literally, it is true -- literally.

They Count Blessings in Small Wonders.
They do not expect Spirit to appear accompanied by fire and brimstone and a big neon sign flashing in the sky. They are not waiting for the Big A-ha. Nor are they waiting for the cure to cancer, the job
promotion, or the love of a lifetime. They appreciate the tiny details: the smile of a child, the sparkle in an old person's eyes, the morning's first ray of sunlight. While others have recommended not to sweat the bad small stuff, spiritual people savor the good small stuff.

They Give Compliments Generously, Accept Them with Humility.
There is no limit to people's need for praise and appreciation. I suspect that even Donald Trump deep down is desperate for a compliment. Spiritual people do not see people's "need" for support as a weakness or flaw. They see it as a cry for love, and they comply without hesitation. On the other hand, those who respond to a compliment with grandiose objections and deflections, who cannot accept a compliment with grace, probably feel they are not worthy of it. But they are worthy of it. Even the Don is worthy of it.

They Worship Where and When the Spirit Moves Them.
They don't need a temple or church to practice their spirituality, nor do they need a Sunday morning service at 10 a.m. They don't even need a rabbi or a priest or a lama or sensei. Their spiritual setting
is a forest, a beach, a mountain top. Their setting is a movable spiritual feast, for they know the true spiritual setting is within. And it travels with, and within, them wherever they go.

They Laugh a Lot
Have you noticed? Santa ho-ho-ho's his way down the chimney. The Dalai Lama giggles his way to enlightenment. Alfred E. Neuman has that eternal grin. The Laughing Buddha is, well, laughing. Spiritual
people are happy. Not just the smiley-face kind of happy, but the deep-down-content kind of happy. If you have trouble getting to happy, try this trick I learned years ago from no less a sage source than the musical "Bye Bye Birdie": "Just put on a happy face." The act of smiling alone triggers a happy hormonal shift, from "gloomy mask of tragedy" to "spreading sunshine all over the place." And what could be more spiritual than that?
So, let's get to the point.
1. God created perfection
2. You and I are part of that perfection
3. We inherited the DNA of God, and we said, "Hey, you know what, we want to also create perfection."
4. God put up a curtain, and created imperfection so that we could create perfection again.
That's it.
Our imperfect world was created so we could create perfection, instead of having it given to us. It's like a picture puzzle. God created this elaborate painting and we said, "Wow, what a painting! We want to create one like that." So God made it into a picture puzzle, separating the pieces so we could put it back together.
The chaos in our lives, the distance we feel with others — and within ourselves — is all an illusion. It's because of the space that was created when all the pieces were pulled apart.
The effort we came here to do is to remove the space. Every time we snap the pieces together - BOOM - another piece of perfection appears in our lives.
Imagine if you were a five year old kid and I said, "Here's a puzzle, it's already assembled." Would you enjoy it? No. The first thing you'd do is shake it up in the box, creating space between the pieces. The more you'd shake it up, the more chaotic it would become.
Then you'd dump it out on the floor and start building the puzzle. That's when the fun would begin.
That's what effort's all about. Happiness given to us doesn't feel like happiness. Happiness that we create - now that feels like happiness!
Create your happiness this week. Create your certainty. Create your love. If there is pain and struggle in your life, then remind yourself of the picture puzzle. Remember the Light is there, perfect, and that you asked for the sweat on your brow simply so that you could feel the satisfaction of being a Creator.
And know that whatever you are struggling with will have a positive
result.
Symptoms of Inner Peace

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.
Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
· A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
· An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
· A loss of interest in judging other people.
· A loss of interest in judging self.
· A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
· A loss of interest in conflict.
· A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.)
· Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation
· Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
· Frequent attacks of smiling.
·An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than (try to) make them happen.
·An increased susceptibi lity to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend i t.

The Results of Vibration
If we take up a modern book on physics, we shall find that it usually gives us a table of octaves of vibration, and we cannot but be struck by the fact that only a very small proportion of them appeal to our senses at all. Since all the information that we possess with regard to the outer world has reached us by means of the very few vibrations to which we are normally able to respond, it is abundantly obvious that the clairvoyant who learns to be sensitive to the whole of this part of the gamut will gain a vast amount of additional knowledge about the world in which he lives.
We shall notice that the slower rates of vibration (such as sound-waves) affect the comparatively coarse conditions of matter, and set the air in motion; while the more rapid rates (such as light) do not affect the air at all, but act upon finer conditions, such as ether. So that when we have realized the existence of astral matter, which is still subtler than the ether, we shall be prepared to find that the forces playing through it are still higher rates of vibration which do not normally affect any physical matter. Investigation shows us that among these higher vibrations are those caused by the desires and emotions of man, and such of his thoughts as are mingled with personal craving or feeling. It is found that such thoughts or emotions are outpourings of energy just as definite as electricity or steam; but this energy acts at its own level and in its own finer type of matter. That is not a mere supposition, but a definite fact observed over and over again by clairvoyant investigators. All the pictures that are drawn for you in our books, illustrating the effects of affection, of devotion or of avarice, are simply the tabulations of observations made upon astral matter - observations which have been repeated many times with substantially the same results. A whole new world is thus opened before us - a world of finer matter pressing upon us on every side; and to this finer type of matter the name "astral" was given by the mediaeval alchemists.
Since this matter surrounds us all the time, in what way is it acting upon us and in what way are we acting upon it? Once more investigate, and you will find that it is constantly reacting upon us, and that we can no more ignore our astral than our physical surroundings. As the world is at present constituted, physical surroundings are by no means unimportant, and we must learn something of the physical world and its forces if we wish to be able to utilize them to help others, or to resist their undue influence upon ourselves. In exactly the same way, if we wish to be able to protect ourselves from undesirable influences from the astral world, and to have its forces at our command for altruistic work, we must study its conditions and its possibilities; for in this case as in every other, knowledge is power.
How it affects us
This astral world affects us because its vibrations have the same qualities as all other kinds of vibrations - they radiate in all directions, and they tend to reproduce themselves. If two stringed instruments are tuned accurately together, and placed near to one another, it is found that when a note is struck upon one of them, the other vibrates in unison. The vibration of the note radiates in all directions, but when it falls upon something capable of exact response it at once reproduces itself.
If by emotion or passion you set up a vibration in astral matter, it acts in precisely the same way; and necessarily in its radiation it impinges upon the astral bodies of all those about you. If there be among them one which is in tune with that vibration, it will at once be excited to respond to it; that is to say, your emotion will be reproduced in that other man. If, however, that astral body is already pulsating strongly at some different rate, your vibration will not find it in tune, and so cannot affect it. Suppose a man is under the influence of anger, and you are full of gentleness and affection. His astral body is vibrating vigorously at a certain rate; he is in such a condition of palpitation that he does not even feel your gentle radiations; he goes on along his own line, quite uninfluenced by it, just as the man under the sway of wild passion on the physical plane is blind to all suggestions of reason.
The Mayans and Divination
To have an Idea of the Divination in the Classic Maya we can see this description of the Cak'chik'els by DANIEL G. BRINTON in 1885 in the introduction of his translation of "THE ANNALS OF THE CAKCHIQUELS":
"Magic and divination held a very important place in Cakchiquel superstition, as the numerous words bearing upon them testify. The form of belief common to them and their neighbors, has received the name Nagualism, from the Maya root na, meaning to use the senses. I have traced its derivation and extension elsewhere,[46-1] and in this connection will only observe that the narrative of Xahila, in repeated passages, proves how deeply it was rooted in the Cakchiquel mind. The expression ru puz ru naual, should generally be rendered "his magic power, his sorcery," though it has a number of allied significations. Naual as a noun means magician, naual chee, the spirit of the tree, naual abah, of the stone, or the divinity embodied in the idols of these substances.
Another root from which a series of such words were derived, was hal, to change. The power of changing or metamorphosing themselves into tigers, serpents, birds, globes of fire, etc., was claimed by the sorcerers, and is several times mentioned in the following texts (Annals). Hence the sorcerer was called haleb, the power he possessed to effect such transformations halibal, the change effected halibeh, etc. Their remarkable subjection to these superstitions is illustrated by the word lab, which means both to divine the future and to make war, because, says Ximenez, "they practiced divination in order to decide whether they should make war or not."[47-1] These auguries were derived frequently from the flight and call of birds (as in the Annals, Secs. 13, 14, etc.), but also from other sources. The diviner who foretold by grains of maize, bore the title malol ixim, the anointer or consecrator of maize".
The priesthood was represented by two high priests, elected for life by the ruler and council. The one who had especial custody of religious affairs wore a flowing robe, a circlet or diadem on his head ornamented with feathers, and carried in his hand a rod, or wand. On solemn occasions he publicly sacrificed blood from his ears, tongue, and genital organ. His associate was the custodian and interpreter of the sacred books, their calendars and myths, and decided on lucky and unlucky days, omens and prognostics. In addition to these, there were certain old men, of austere life, who dwelt in the temples, and wore their hair in plaited strands around their heads (trenzado en circulo), who were consulted on ordinary occasions as diviners".

Greetings all my relatives, I am here in Minnesota today thinking about the weather situations and the prophecies, message of my dreams, visions. My message to those that have been following my work as a peacekeeper is of love, peace and harmony for Mother Earth. There are many messages of how Mother Earth will reflect her power on the areas that are causing pain and sorrow to the earth, wind, fire and water. Mother Earth herself will benefit from the consequences of nature forces, bring harmony. Many places upon Mother Earth will be purified of the greed, anger, hatred, alcoholism, drug addiction, jealousy, ect and in the construction and plundering in the development of Mother Earth's resources. Universal protocols need to be understood. Universal laws of how the earth works need to be reflected upon by all nations of the world.
Those that do not come back into Universal Law in using the right thought forms and speaking the Spoken Truth will come under attack by those energies of their own making in thought forms and their actions. Cause has an effect, either positive or negative, one or the other it will prevail, light or darkness we have two choices. What is your choice? Spiritual Law is the Universal Law of how the spiritual laws of thoughts work in all of nature's creations. This magical energy used in our minds manifests harmony or disharmony, most evident at this time in history, called prophecy. What we sow is what we will reap in manifestation, reflecting this into the environments of nature and our families across the world. Humanity is slowly awakening to what is being reflected upon Mother Earth and how things really work on Turtle Island in Universal Laws, spiritual law of the land and not the Man Made Laws.
These Man Made Laws have taken Mother Nature out of balance, out harmony and into what is happening now in the environmental changes of the world. Universal Laws are fixing what is wrong now; Natures Laws are in charge not the Man Made Laws. Using the thought forms of having the right to prosperity is the curse. Thinking that Mother Earth is a material thing in the thoughts of humanity and not recognizing our Mother will be the downfall to those in humanity now in those negative thought forms. The reconnection is need to become grounded to Earth Wisdom, this knowledge is needed now to help our children, animals, insects, mammals, four legged, winged ones, all of creation.
We manifest all that we get, if we think we are sick then we will be sick, if we think we are not sick we won't be sick. This is the universal law in the thinking processes, what we think will prevail. As the saying goes, ask and you shall receive, our thoughts are powerful, universal law using our minds in sacredness, prayers, we get what we think, in prayers. There is hope for us all as many Native Americans join the other that are awake, as others awaken from a deep sleep in the consciousness need, including all cultures. Nature is here to remind us of exactly that, prophecy. The Native American's hold the fail-safe connection to heal Mother Nature for all of humanity, prophecy. As many awaken from this deep sleep and go to work on Mother Earth environments everywhere in the America's we take stewardship once again. Indigenous Nations will lead the way in harmonic ceremonies for all of humanities cultures.
What we reflect upon the surface is what will be reflected above and below us in the weathers environments healing the Mother Earth's, Soil, Wind, Fire and Water. Working together co-creating with the holy ones, our ancestors and other spiritual beings. Working with the many different spirits and they are waiting impatiently, this is the messages from across the Indigenous Nations in the America's at this very moment. Many messengers are coming, relaying the messages, coming from the European Nations, Black Nations, Yellow Nations, Brown Nations and the Red Nations around the world. Just as our ancestors did in the past caretaking those sacred sites in prayer are the messages of the Europeans and other cultures messages; giving and asking for forgiveness of the ancestors of the white, black, white, brown and red nations for peace. It is apparent this is what is needed to have peace, freedom and the love needed for our fellow brothers and sisters.
When we do this we can re-educate all cultures on Earth Wisdom, this is prophecy, knowledge. Now is the time to act as Indigenous Nations, including all cultures to help our children of the future that are arriving everyday. There is hope and as strong belief in wisdom, within us all. It needs to be understood where this is going, and why it is needed and who the stewards really are carrying the wisdom for all of humanity, All Nations together as one in true sovereignty.
What we are seeing now in nature's fury and her forces are taking out those that no longer serve a purpose. Called repurification time, prophecy. No one can deny this now. Our powerful thoughts need to be understood how the mind works and how powerful it really is in thought forms. Those that do not heed the messages from prophecies and many messages from Rainbow Warriors in the new sacred teachings will have a hard time. Those that do not awaken now in these teachings will suffer greatly in their families; homelands and this will be a wake up call for those not listening. The message has to be given. Forecasting the future to those that will see what will happen when they are asleep finding themselves in trouble in nature, in their homes and homelands. Like the tsunami, hurricane, tornadoes, floods and earthquakes around the world taking place as I write this. This is only the beginning...stay tuned...more is on the way...if we work together repairing the sacred sites together the families of humanity we will soften the blow from nature's forces.

This is what Mother and Father intended for us to do and we will heal the sacred sites and our relationships. The elements are in trauma because of greed in mining, construction, cutting of the trees, building dams, railroads; they hold consciousness just like us. These elements hold us together in positive thought forms, harmony, thinking patterns in negativity for materialism and greed has caused the effect of natures weather to come down upon us in these last days of this time period on Earth. Mother Earth will not disappear only those the do not work with her in peace, prophecy, repurification is here and many will leave the planet.
Mother Earth will always be here for those that work with her and those that don't work for her in materialist way will leave now and in the times ahead...those that support the oil and gas industry control the world in darkness...they are being impacted right now and the rich and the poor alike that are in anger and hatred will leave the planet leaving a powerful message to the rest of us in what not to do. This and many more messages are what I was instructed to give to those that will need our help as Native Americans and other Indigenous Nations alike. The Indigenous Nations hold the fail safe Earth Wisdom and Knowledge for the World. This is why it is so important for the tribal nations to heal one another and stop blaming themselves and others on the terrible things that happened in history. Let it go, I ask respectfully get over it and move on in helping healing Mother Earth as we were intended to do. Indigenous Prophecies
The Mayans prophesied that from 1999 we have 13 years to realize the changes in our conscious attitude to stray from the path of self-destruction and instead move onto a path that opens our consciousness to integrate us with all that exists.
Their first prophecy talks about 'The Time of No-Time'. A period of 20 years, which they call a Katún. The last 20 years of the Sun's cycle of 5,125 years. This cycle is from 1992 - 2012. I'll explain this in greater detail later. They predicted that during these times, solar winds would become more intense and could be seen on the Sun. This would be a time of great realization and great change for mankind. And it would be our own lack of preservation and contamination of the planet that would contribute to these changes. According to the Mayans, these changes would happen so that mankind comprehends how the universe works so we could advance to superior levels, leaving behind superficial materialism and liberating ourselves from suffering.
The Mayans say, that seven years after the start of Katún, which is to say 1999, we would enter a time of darkness which would force us to confront our own conduct. The say that this is the time when mankind will enter 'The Sacred Hall of Mirrors'. Where we will look at ourselves and analyze our behaviors with ourselves, with others, with nature and with the planet in which we live. A time in which all of humanity, by individual conscious decisions, decides to change and eliminate fear and lack of respect from all of our relationships. The Mayans prophesied that the start of this period would be marked by a solar eclipse on August 11, 1999, known to them as 13 Ahau, 8 Cauac. And would coincide with an unprecedented planetary alignment, the 'Grand Cross' alignment. This would be the last 13 years of the Katón period. The last opportunity for our civilization to realize the changes that are coming at the moment of our spiritual regeneration.
As individuals we will have to make decisions that will affect us all. If we continue on this negative path of hate, an eye for an eye, destruction of nature, of fear and egoism, we will enter straight into the time of destruction and chaos, and we will disappear as the dominant race of this planet. If we become conscious and realize that we all form part of a great organism, and that we should respect one another and be grateful to our planet, then we will move directly into positive growth, our Golden Age. Our planet, the Sun and the Galaxy are awaiting our decision. It is up to us what will happen in this time of change. Whether we go through a time of suffering and destruction or we find ourselves united in one positive consciousness moving closer to our next stage.

2012 Seneca Connection: 25 years of Great Purification
Grandmother Twylah Nitsch is a Seneca Elder of the Wolf Clan, and is author of the book Creature Teachers, and Entering Into The Silence, The Seneca Way.
Many decades ago, Grandmother was designated to preserve the Wolf Clan teachings by her maternal grandfather, Moses Shongo, the last of the traditional Seneca medicine men. Seneca society's Wolf Clan Teaching Lodge teaches the wisdom, prophecy, and philosophy of earth history, Grandmother Twylah Nitsch is also the co-author of Other Council Fires Were Here Before Ours: A Native American Creation Story as Retold by a Seneca Elder and Her Granddaughter.
Concerning Grandfather Moses:
The Seneca Grandfather Moses Shongo (died ca. 1925) foresaw a 25-year period of purification, lasting until the year 2012 or so, during which the Earth will purge itself.
So, here we have a native prophecy concerning not only 2012, but a 25-year period of purification preceding 2012, and that means that the year 1987 was flagged long before the late Tony Shearer, (in 1969 / 1970) told Jose Arguelles that August 16-17 1987 would be the end of the Ninth Hell cycle (in the "prophecy of Thirteen Heavens and Nine Hells"). This is the time that Arguelles called "Harmonic Convergence".
Your Life Force Quotient Determines Your Vibration
Raising your vibration basically means infusing your consciousness with greater amounts of life force energy. The amount of life force flowing into your energetic system represents your life force quotient (LFQ). Your LFQ is a reflection of the degree of alignment with your higher self. A high degree of alignment with your higher self "amps up" the flow of life force into your energy field.
The energy field is made up of a series of subtle organizing bodies that create the template for one's physical body and the field of probabilities for their life. The more life force energy flows into the energy field, the more light flows into the life. You experience this flow of light in terms of synchronicities, greater opportunities for experience and service, increased health and vitality, love, resources and inner peace and joy.
To attract more life force into your energy field, you can choose to align with this greater infusion through the Law of Attraction. Conscious awareness combined skillful powers of discernment are keys to creating this alignment.
Conscious Awareness and Discernment
As you move through your life, you encounter many beings, ideas, and opportunities. When you operate in your life with a high level of conscious awareness, you are awake to each idea, person and opportunity that enters your reality. Each thing you encounter can be examined with the bright light of discernment. In this context, we define the skill of discernment as the ability within the moment to hold each encounter in the light of your higher consciousness and observe how it is (or isn't) aligned with your life purpose. That which is aligned with your life purpose will increase the flow of life force into your energy field and amp up your overall health, well-being and ability to assist others.
The Life Purpose of Lightworkers
If you have not yet identified your specific area of focus in terms of your life purpose, do not despair. The fact that you are reading this says you are a lightworker -- a soul that has volunteered to incarnate to assist others with healing and developing higher consciousness. The fact that you are here in this time frame says you came here to play a vital role in the creation of Earth's future history. So, in other words, you have an overall purpose of healing your self and raising your vibration so you can become a greater light on the planet. Many other "sub purposes" are able to align with his overall purpose.
Each of you has a wide spectrum of choices In terms of experiencing this overall purpose, depending on what excites you and brings you joy. Many of you choose to connect with abilities from past lives and continue to hone them into mastery, while others choose to explore new areas. Either way, these options are aligned with your overall purpose of assisting with healing and transformation on the planet. Your personal experience of this overall purpose is derived from your highest passion and excitement.
We offer a two-part approach to coming into alignment with your higher self and raising your vibration. Part one has to do with releasing anything that lowers your vibration, while part two has to do with consciously raising your vibration by moving toward that which enhances your spiritual alignment. Steps to Raising Your Vibration, Part 2

Release Everything that Lowers Your Vibration
The process of raising your vibration is essentially a journey of coming into alignment with your higher self and infusing your consciousness with greater amounts of life force energy. We offer here a two-part approach for developing this alignment and greater communion. This two-part approach involves releasing everything that lowers your vibration and beyond this, consciously raising your vibration through various techniques and practices.
Today will focus on releasing those things that lower your vibration. The first step is in gaining awareness of those things that pull down your energy and your vibration. You can begin to gain awareness by spending time closely observing your self. What are you creating? How are you creating? What are the intentions behind your creations? What are your dominate thoughts and feeling states? Is your physical being vibrant and energetic or plagued by health challenges? Are your habits serving your growth or limiting you? Are you sabotaging your dreams or paving the way for them to "show up" in your life easily and effortlessly?
If you are not creating what you want -- if you are experiencing low-vibrational realities – there are aspects of your self you can begin examining. These are your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes and habits. All of these are interrelated and work together, but for our purposes here, we will examine each one independently to see how it functions and contributes to the creation of your overall reality.
Step One: Examine Your Thoughts
The first thing is to gain control of your thoughts. It is your thoughts that drive your ability to change your beliefs so we want to begin here. First, observe your thoughts and practice detaching from them. Understand you are the thinker of your thoughts but you are not your thoughts. Your conscious mind that it is spinning out these thoughts is just a fraction of your overall existence..
As you gain awareness of your thoughts, observe what they are creating in terms of your reality. Is your mind scattered and hurried, stumbling over important details? Or is it calm and open to subtle cues and information from your guides and your environment? If your mind is scattered, you will need to pull back your energy from all the places where it is enmeshed. Do you have unfinished and unhealed energy from your past that is constantly pulling your focus into the past? If so, you will need to bring about completion of issues lingering in past time periods so your focus can be centered in your present moment. Oneness with All That Is
Based upon these scientific findings and the reams of additional information now readily available to us, it is apparent that the conscious awakening of the holographic awareness now being experienced by man (homo sapiens sapiens) is being promulgated by the strong yearning (creating the feeling/thought) to become consciously aware of that which we believe we lack or have lost – our conscious awareness of our Oneness with All That Is. I use the term "All That Is" to define much more than that which may be thought of as "God" or "Source". I truly mean ALL THAT IS. When our perspective of reality is that of the holographic connection to the multi-dimensions and beyond, we will begin to experience an awareness that is outside of manifestation in any form and expression. Every coincidence will become a co -- incident (experiencing together). Intimacy will become in-to-me-see and all of the other play with words and language that allows us to see each other. At that moment, the yearning will cease and the YOU-ning that IS the Oneness will be the only experience.
Practices that allow for the interpretation of day-to-day expression as one of union, joy, appreciation, love and gratitude bring about this coherent waveform within the bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional and physical). Focusing upon and deriving pleasure from these practices creates the non-local paradigm within which we are invited to function. When truly living within this new framework of perception, our attention upon our intention of Oneness is our only focus. We can then experience our yearning as fulfillment without lack or loss. We then acknowledge that our yearning has awakened within us the knowledge that we are truly home.
It is also important that you practice each day gaining skill at stilling your thoughts. Concentrating on a candle flame every day for 10 minutes while releasing all thoughts will allow you to build muscle in this. Observing your thoughts is an ongoing process you want to practice from now on to gain awareness of any issues you need to address within the moment.
Step Two: Examine Your Emotions
Unresolved emotional disturbances can pose another obstacle to raising your vibration. The emotional level of your consciousness is sandwiched between your conscious and subconscious minds, serving as the bridge (or barrier) to your ability to access higher consciousness. Accessing your subconscious on a regular basis paves the way for daily communion with your higher self. This communion is one of your greatest resources.
You can think of your emotions as a gatekeeper, in a sense. Until you have healed negative and troubled emotions, you are unable to reliably access your subconscious mind. You can gain awareness of any points in your consciousness where energy is being held inside troubled emotions by writing a simple autobiography, paying attention to memories that hold strong energy. Once again, the process to release described in Entering the Portal of Time Travel to Release Energetic Bookmarks can be helpful to clearing troubled emotions and cultivating a peaceful, serene state of being.
Step Three: Examine Your Beliefs
Your beliefs about what is possible for you determine the realities you are able to access. If, for example, you hold beliefs that you do not deserve to experience a loving and positive existence, you will experience an unloving and negative reality. As you expand your beliefs about what you deserve, the realities you are able to experience expand accordingly.
Often when a person expands and grows rapidly, it is because they have sufficiently developed their understandings of how things work. This enables them to "see-through" any old limiting beliefs that have been holding them back.
Your beliefs extend into all areas of your life. You hold beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, what you are capable of and what you are not capable of. The template for your reality and your accompanying field of possibilities derive from your beliefs in these areas.
Some beliefs are the result of childhood programming and indoctrination into limiting belief systems. As you expand your conscious awareness (see steps in Part 3) you begin to see-through these old beliefs.
Step Four: Examine Your Attitudes
In the past you may have manifested unpleasant experiences in your quest to grow and understand. Some of you have re-created different versions of the same situation so you could understand it from many different perspectives. An example of this might be repeated seeming "failures" with relationships, career moves or health challenges. If you continue to manifest abusive relationships, you might be tempted to develop an attitude that relationships don't work in your life. You might even refuse to get involved ever again. An alternative to developing this kind of attitude is a thorough examination of the situations leading to the attitude and an effort to gain the understandings you were working toward by creating these experiences. It is just as easy to develop an attitude of determination to learn from life's experiences and transform them into the wisdom and understandings that open new doors for your self and others.
Step Five: Examine Your Habits
Daily habits are just the foot soldiers of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and attitudes. For our purposes here, we will examine how they operate. Generally when you change a belief or attitude that is driving a habit, the accompanying habit changes naturally over time. Nevertheless, when you choose to bring about a conscious shift in your attitudes and beliefs, you may want begin an examination of your current habits and change any that are not aligned with your new belief. This can hasten the transformation process. If you choose to believe you are capable of being healthy and fit, for example, you may want to examine your habits and make sure they are in alignment with this perspective. If your habit is to spend long hours in front of the TV eating junk food, you will probably want to transform this habit to more accurately reflect your new belief in your self as a healthy and fit person. You might choose to spend a period of time each day practicing Pilates or walking in nature. You may also choose to eliminate sugars from your diet and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Step Six: Examine, Detoxify & Cleanse Your Physical Body
As you transform your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, attitudes and habits, you will want to bring your attention to your physical system. Toxic emotions and energies of the past live on in the cells and tissues of your body until they are released. Thoughtforms of holding onto the past often manifest in disorders of digestion and elimination. The condition of the colon can impact all other parts of the body as well as overall health. Release can be brought about through fasting, colon cleanses and other methods of detoxification. If you have taken pharmaceuticals in the past or have lived an emotionally turbulent existence, you may want to undertake this process initually under the supervision of a health practitioner. When you begin detoxing at the physical level, this eventually triggers releases at all other levels-- emotional, mental and spiritual.

Steps to Raising Your Vibration, Part 3

As we enter part three, we do so with the foundation of having completed the processes in part two for releasing anything that is standing in the way of achieving a higher vibration reality. In order to move into a significantly higher vibration, you will need to release these barriers to higher consciousness. In part three you are moving forward with a clear energy and a focused mind that allows you to access an ever more joyful and constant state of communion with your higher self.
In this part of our discussion, we will describe techniques you can use to raise your vibration at every level of your being. This includes the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
The Physical Level
Eat a diet high in living foods. While it is true that you receive a great amount of life force through your spiritual connection, your ability to utilize life force energy is either helped or hindered by the food you eat. The vibration and essence of the foods you consume enters your physical system and influences your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes and habits. Are you shackling your vibration to the fear and cruelty of the slaughterhouse or to the fresh air and sunshine of the outdoors and open fields?
Get plenty of rest and sleep. How do you begin your day? Are you well rested and energized or do you have an energetic deficit resulting from insufficient rest and sleep? Such deficits tend to limit your conscious perception and your psychic receptivity. A sleep deficit rapidly depletes your physical system and opens the door to opportunistic infections and other diseases. When you go to bed at night, consciously make peace with all that is in your life and detach from physical reality. This allows you to rest and refresh your body while allowing your consciousness to travel into advanced dream states where you are able to cultivate new levels of spiritual communion.
Spend time in nature each day absorbing fresh air and sunlight. Short periods of exposure to sunlight help enliven your physical system. This stimulates your pineal gland. It is also beneficial to spend time walking in nature, communing with the energies there. It is easier to connect with the energies of your spirit guides and your higher self in the woods or near an ocean, lake or stream.
Energize your body through practices such as yoga, tai chi, quiqong, pilates, walking, running, and dancing. This raises the flow of chi energy that oxygenates the cells of your body and triggers the release of hormones such as serotonin that give you a sense of peace and well-being.
Listen to your body and become attuned to its needs. If you are experiencing symptoms, pay attention to those symptoms as messages from your subconscious. These messages help bring your awareness to changes you need to make in order to amp up the flow of life force into your physical system. If you aren't certain of the messages you are receiving, you can ask your higher self about various ideas and images your imagination is bringing to you. Muscle testing is one way to test each idea and image that comes to you. One form of muscle testing involves connecting the thumbs and forefingers of each hand and then interlocking them and trying to pull them apart. If an idea or image is aligned with your higher good, you will not be able to pull your fingers apart. If it is not aligned with your higher good, you will be able to easily pull them apart. Another technique is to symbolically or literally cradle the thing you are asking about in your hands while standing up straight. Ask your higher self if the thing you are cradling in your hands is for your highest good then relax your body. If the answer is yes, you will lean forward. If it is no, you will lean backward. Two books for understanding the symbolic meaning of symptoms are Permanent Healing by Daniel Condron and Heal Your Life by Louise Hay.
Nurture your body. All we have said thus far falls into this category of nurturing your body. There are other methods in addition to these. We list here some ideas that can help you to further nurture your physical body. They include receiving body work and massage, chiropractic, Reiki, and Quantum touch. EFT is another helpful technique. If you are experiencing chronic symptoms, you may also want to consult a skilled energy worker who can remove any negative energies from your energetic field. Your energy field is the template for your physical body and the field of possibilities for your life.
Clear clutter and create sacred space in your environment. It is difficult to cultivate a still mind when your living environment is cluttered with the energy of the past. Restore your environment to a place of order. A clear, uncluttered living environment helps you begin each day with a clean slate. It is also important to create sacred space somewhere in your home. This can be an altar or a place where you meditate and saturate with the energies of your higher self. Making space for spiritual communion in your physical environment coalesces your intention to create a stronger connection with your higher self which can raise your vibration at the quantum level.
The Mental Level
Attuning your conscious mind to your higher self is a process of learning to shut off conscious thoughts at will. Until you gain control of your mind, you thoughts will keep you tethered to linear, physical reality. We are not saying there is anything "wrong" with physical reality. As an infinite being, you are able to move freely between physical and non-physical reality. This freedom of existence creates the causes of your greatest joy by allowing you to create the recipe for your present moment from the merging of physical and non-physical realities. This is the joyful communion of heaven and earth. We offer some methods here for harmonizing your conscious mind and spirit.
Learn to still your conscious mind through concentration exercises such as holding your attention on a candle flame for 10 minutes each day while releasing all thoughts. When your mind is busy and rushing in many directions at once, it is difficult to hear the voice of your inner guidance. Much energy is wasted when you jump into activities and pursuits that are not aligned with your highest purpose and vision. By learning to quiet your mind and listen within, you are able to receive visions from your higher self and act impeccably within the moment.
Have a goal, purpose and activity for everything you seek to do. This insures that you examine and bring the light of your conscious awareness to every undertaking. As you learn to consciously commune with your spirit and your higher self (and through your higher self, all other aspects of your being), you are able to undertake activities that naturally direct your thoughts toward higher consciousness and spiritual communion.
Meditation is another technique that helps you release your conscious thoughts and commune with your higher self. As you reach out to commune with high vibrational aspects of your being, you bring more of this energy into your day-to-day life. Within this space of quiet receptivity, ideas, guidance and elevated feeling states are able to download into your consciousness.
Journaling is a technique that allows you to gain awareness of the texture and energy of your thoughts. As you use your mind to explore aspects of your being, you discover who you are, you discover your greatest joy and passion. Inside the pages of your journal, you create a space that allows you to meet and share notes with other aspects of your being. Simply writing down your intuitive perceptions, the visions your imagination brings you and your intentions toward manifesting will change your life.
Reading books that carry a high vibration. Reading a book that contains elevated ideas and information has the power to trigger your own storehouse of inner knowledge. A single passage within a single book can unlock unlimited potential to higher consciousness and transform your life.
Attending a spiritual conference or workshop allows you to immerse your conscious mind in high vibrational energies for a period of time and entrain your conscious mind to new ideas and ways of being.
Watching spiritual movies -- there are many new opportunities in your world to view spiritual stories depicting the life journeys of others who have made great leaps within their own consciousness. Other stories relate information and sharing in movie form which allows your conscious mind to enter a receptive dreamlike state while positive ideas and information are being downloaded into your consciousness.
Engage in creative pursuits such as writing, painting, sculpting, singing, dancing and any other activity that allows you to bring the joy and beauty of your spirit into communion with your conscious mind and your daily life.
Creating affirmations that align your intentions with the positive changes and new directions aligned with the desires of your soul.
The Emotional Level
As you release the causes for turbulent and trapped emotional energies in your life (see Raise Your Vibration, Part Two) you are able to begin actively cultivating elevated feeling states that align your emotions with peak states of higher consciousness and vision. Aligning your emotions with states of joy, peace, and love allows you to access higher awareness within the moment and cultivate peak states of consciousness. We offer here some steps to cultivating elevated emotional states.
Listening to classical and New Age music that contains frequencies of transcendental and elevated inner states.
Spending time with positive and uplifting people. Sharing with others who radiate frequencies of elevated emotional states is an uplifting and powerful experience. If you don't know anyone who fits this description, continue to cultivate these feeling states within yourself and others who reside in these frequencies will naturally show up.
Honor yourself. Many of you have learned to see through old programming that generates negative self talk and heavy emotions. Now you are ready to cultivate and practice positive self talk that recognizes and honors the infinite nature of your being and your connection to all that is. This honoring raises your vibration and your feeling states, which allows you to access ever higher states of awareness.
Transcendental breathwork -- daily practice of transcendental breath work cleanses and clears the emotions, freeing you to access more joyful and peaceful feeling states.
Gratitude -- expressing gratitude for everything in your life brings your emotions into alignment with feeling states of inner peace and well-being. When you express gratitude, you acknowledge that everything in your life is happening perfectly. This has the power to transform all feelings and circumstances into the seeds of joy, peace and love.
Service to others. When you assist others in reaching their highest vision, you naturally feel good. World service includes taking positive steps toward animal welfare, responsible stewardship of the environment, alleviating suffering and injustice, educating, teaching, healing, and sharing in whatever direction your spirit inspires you toward within the moment.
Engaging in daily activities that allow you to experience greater love and compassion for your self and others. Cultivate those scenarios in your life that allow you to experience greater love and compassion. These are two qualities that expand exponentially through the Law of Increase, allowing you to experience more ever more the same.
The Spiritual Level
All we have described will help to cultivate your communion with your higher self by raising your vibrational frequency. We will offer here a few more steps you can take to cultivate direct communion with your higher self and spirit.
Open to spiritual guidance. There are many forms of spiritual guidance. You may find as you set your intention and focus toward communion with your spirit guides and your higher self that inspiration and ideas arrive in many different forms. As you attune to these messages, your awareness expands to include moments of psychic receptivity, and to notice signs and symbols in your environment. You may even experience physical sensations as if an invisible hand were reaching out to touch you. You might find yourself spontaneously entering altered states of consciousness or experiencing downloads of ideas and information.
Some techniques that can help build this bridge to higher consciousness include dreamwork, channeling, automatic writing, creating spiritually inspired art and visionary writing, self-hypnosis, particularly NLP, meditation, energy work and developing your intuition.
Your efforts in these areas we have described can lead you to further insights and breakthroughs. There is no right or wrong approach. Whenever you takes steps to raise your vibration, the universe steps closer to you. Over time, the steps you take to bring yourself into greater communion with your higher self will allow you to step more fully into a joyful dance of peace and beauty with all that is!
